The air conditioning was a bit loud, but it didn't disturb my sleep. The room was clean and quiet, though not very spacious. The TV offered free movies, and I chose to watch "Detective Chinatown 1990."

I had a comfortable stay at 75 Military Hotel. The room was clean, cozy, and well-organized. The hotel has a unique style and a relaxing atmosphere. The staff were friendly, polite, and provided great service. They were helpful and made me feel welcomed during my stay. The location was also convenient, making it easy to explore the city. Overall, I had a pleasant experience and would recommend this hotel to others.

The twin rooms are spacious, clean, and luxurious, making it my go-to hotel when I visit Taichung. Check-in is late, starting at 5 PM, but the staff are friendly and helpful, so there are no issues.

We drove down from Taipei, and this was the first place we visited. The location wasn't too remote, but the only drawback was the lack of parking. Parking there cost an extra NT$400, which seemed a bit too high. When we went in Taichung before, it usually only cost around NT$200, which was acceptable.

This trip was to attend a wedding. I chose this hotel on the recommendation of an acquaintance who lives in Taichung, but I couldn't sleep because of the noise from the next room until late at night! The price is cheap, but it's not suitable for elderly travelers.

Mini family playroom. Although small, the air conditioning is super strong and very comfortable! It even has a sterilizer, clothes hangers, cups, a water heater, and a hair dryer. 👍

Second stay. The hotel is conveniently located near Taiwan Boulevard, with bicycles available for rental. The room wasn't large, but adequate. The toilet wasn't a true dry-closet toilet, but rather a glass wall. At least the glass wasn't too small, blocking about 80% of the water. For breakfast, you could choose from a lunch box (which I didn't choose this time, but I think there were four options, including vegetarian ones).

The hotel service is quite good, but the location is very inconvenient, at least more than ten minutes walk from everywhere, and found stains on the towels changed by the hotel, more than once, in addition the hotel has very little service, although the profile has It says there is a washing machine service, but when I go there is none, there is some inconsistency between the pictures and the text

We checked in on June 13, 2025, and were originally assigned a room on the 8th floor, just outside the elevator. Upon entering, we had a noticeable musty smell, which detracted from our experience. After reporting the issue, the hotel said they couldn't immediately change rooms because they were fully booked that day. They ultimately moved us to a room that had previously been occupied by another guest but had been moved due to layout issues. The housekeeping staff explained that the bed had only been sat on by a visitor, resulting in a dent; the rest of the room was untouched. We asked if we could replace the quilt from the original room, but were told they only provided one per room. We were also concerned about personal hygiene and asked if we could get a refund. The hotel replied that they couldn't, as we'd booked through an online platform and it was too late, leaving us with no energy to look for another room. We then agreed to the offer. We asked if there was any compensation available, and they initially said no. Later, they offered us two sets of disposable cutlery, but that wasn't what we needed. The hotel offered no concrete remedies, and their handling of the situation was disappointing. The service quality needs improvement.
