The front desk were very helpful and friendly. The rooms were the right size. Sufficient lighting, warm and bright. Clean room with refillable drinking water. Breakfast with wide selection. Just the kind of hotel that you will want to stay after a full day work. Also special mention to the staff that helps to retrieve back my colleague's missing shirt.

The bed is extremely soft! If you can't stand soft beds, definitely avoid this place. The staff are very friendly and the spa is incredibly relaxing when it's empty in the morning – definitely worth considering if you want to avoid the crowds.

The hotel is about a fifty-minute drive from the city center. The kids' play area on the fifth floor is great fun, and my children really enjoyed it.

This is an excellent hotel with rooms and breakfast that leave no open wishes.

This is best hotel in Taichung port area. The room rates are higher as compare to other hotels nearby but good service. Excellent breakfast.

Room is very clean, staff are helpful and friendly. Very close to outlet, most importantly there is hotel shuttle can reserve for transiting between outlet and hotel. Snack bar at lobby is brilliant! Buffet breakfast has wide range of choices.
