Extremely convenient location, less than a 10min walk from Taichung TRA Station. Lobby looked bright and cheery, and service staff were friendly and helpful. I didn't realise I chose the Budget Double Room, so the layout of the room initially threw us off. Still liveable, and you learn to live with the exit door being closer to the bed than the TV...but if the standard room is about the same price just go for it. The pillow given is also really thin and flimsy, but they do offer additional pillows so don't forget to request it. Laundry room is also onsite, and only the dryer is chargeable. Overall, not bad.

Good location very near railway train station. Like the daily breakfast with different dishes served daily too.

The location was perfect. The MRT station was just a short walk away. The night market was nearby, making it easy to enjoy local food. The room was clean and comfortable. It had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The staff were friendly and helpful. They gave great recommendations and assisted with any requests. Overall, a great place to stay.

Location was super good!

Location near to Railway Main Station. Opposite Bus/ Taxi Waiting Area. Nearby have 7 Eleven, Family Mart.. Walk by can reach bus station to Sun Moon Lake Bus Station. （干城站） Some amenities need request from front counter. Pillow also have 3 types to free replace. Room space is acceptable. Clean.. Water Dispenser are provided. No more bottle watter provided.

The location is good, 5 mins walk to Taichung Main Station. The place is clean and the room is big with a king-sized bed. On the day I was to check out, when I came back at 10.25am, the room door could not be opened. The staff called for someone to come to repair and luckily it was all done in 25 mins. The male staff on duty at the reception apologised profusely and even gave a small gift for the mishap. Well done to the male staff for his politeness, patience and prompt action.

Room is big and comfy, location is really really good, walkable distance to Taichung station, many food and coffee options nearby. Definitely will stay again if visiting Taichung next time.

Location is near to the tai chung station, staffs are friendly and there are clothes washing facilities within the compound, 2 washing machines and 2 dryers.

Has an excellent location near the train station. Nearby having 7-eleven and all the great food nearby. Staff are friendly and help on all my enquiries. The only downside of this hotel are their check in 4pm and out time 11am for those staying 1night.

Reception had upgrade our room that have bathtub. Thanks a lot. Room very clean and big. But one of the room 503 seem have something at last night. Both if room hve bed bug. My parents and myself had bited by bud begs. Besides that the dryers should change or repair. Had use for more than one hour but the cloths cannot dry. Waste of money. However the location was very nice just Infront of Taichung railway station.

I was assigned Room 607 which was a corner room and the room layout is a triangular shape. The aircon was not cold enough
