Elence Hotel

Positives: 1. Staff are nice. 2. Provided 4 bottles of water and snacks. Negatives: 1. The bathroom doesn't have a power socket making it really inconvenient as we have to dry our hair in the room. 2. The pillows are too soft and lacks structure for support. 3. Asking for an extra quilt requires a payment, which is 100 dollars. 4. They don't provide basic amenities like toothpaste or toothbrushes. But the booking platform does not specify this, making it extremely inconvenient for guests . 5. The walking distance from here to taichung station takes more than 10 minutes. 6. They have a breakfast round at 9am (there are two rounds), but when we got to the dining area, most the food was gone and they did not even add extra food. The quality of food was disappointing, and not made to a good standard.

Our stay at the hotel was fantastic! The location was perfect, right near the city center, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful from check-in to check-out. Our room was spotless, spacious, and the bed was very comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The breakfast spread was delicious and offered plenty of choices. We highly recommend this hotel for its excellent value and welcoming atmosphere
