It's quite rare to find a hotel that doesn't provide bottled water; you have to go outside your room to refill your drinking water. Also, the wooden floor in the bathroom had a bit of a moldy smell, and the key card was faulty, making me think there was a sudden power outage 😂

We checked in at this hotel on the evening of December 21, 2025. Immediately after we got into the assigned room, we smelled a very strong odor of chemical spray. My wife couldn’t bear this and started to have allergic reaction. Immediately we notified the front desk. They offered to switch to another room. Nevertheless , when we got to the other room, it had the same chemical odor. Therefore we decided to leave this hotel and found another hotel to stay for that night. We had requested a refund and the front desk at the Comin Place said that they would contact Trip.com to refund us the fee. However, till now we haven’t received the refund from Trip.com.
