You can feel the warmness and coziness once you step in to the hotel and entering the room. The only choice I suggest when staying in Taichung.

The exterior looks decent, but the room itself is quite dated. They're big on being eco-friendly, so they don't provide toiletries or bottled water. You have to refill your own water. The location is a bit out of the way, with not much nearby, but the hotel can arrange a taxi for you. The value for money is just average.

The room cleanliness is good, but the front desk staff are somewhat cold and lack friendliness. However, if needed, they are willing to help.  The most inconvenient thing is that the hotel does not provide bottled water. You have to use the hotel's provided kettle to get filtered water outside the room, which is extremely inconvenient and feels unhygienic. This should not be the service provided by a five-star hotel. The hotel was spotlessly clean, boasted excellent facilities, offered a great view, and was wonderfully quiet. Breakfast was excellent and varied. The only minor point was having to fetch water from dispensers in the corridor, which is a bit uncommon. However, they explained it was for environmental protection, and I'm more than happy to do my part for sustainability. Despite this, the room itself was impeccably clean, spacious, and bright!

1. In response to government environment policies, we will no longer provide bottled water and amenities(including toothbrushes, toothpaste, combs, shower caps, razors, shaving cream, cotton pads, dental floss, cotton swabs, etc.).

2. Check-in/Check-out Times: Check-in time is from 4:00 PM, and check-out time is before 11:00 AM.

3. The hotel parking entrance is located at No. 55 Fuan Road, not on Taiwan Boulevard. We recommend using Google Maps and searching for "裕元花園酒店 停車場" for accurate directions.

4. The men's and women's saunas will be closed for maintenance every Monday from 6:00 AM to 12:00 PM.

5. Monthly Facility Maintenance: All hotel facilities, including the fitness center, multi-function fitness studios, sauna, indoor heated swimming pool, and massage services, will be closed for maintenance on the first Monday of each month.
