emenities was use by own. They got the recycle things so toiletries need to self prepare. They only provide body shampoo and towels those. Location is nearby fengjia night market. Cosmed watsons convenience stores are located nearby the hotel area. Far from taichung train station and taichung highspeed rail station. Self service check in/out. If have any issues, front desk still have a staff to assist/help.

The room was clean and tidy, and the front desk staff were polite and friendly. The hotel's location is excellent, with convenient transportation, very close to Fengjia Commercial Street. It was a great experience with lots of delicious food at Fengjia Night Market. Highly satisfied.

Spacious quiet clean room, but with uncomfortably low ceiling. Good location on wide walkable leafy street. Metro station right across main street, a few stops (20 minutes walk) to city hall, National Theatre & high end malls. Many local eateries on backstreets. Front staff were most kind & friendly. Free drinks coffee & snacks in lobby. My one complaint is the ancient washers & dryers on rooftop, highly suggest replacing them with better ones

The hotel is located next to a major road, so it's relatively quiet despite being in a busy area. If you don't choose the hotel's parking, there are parking spaces nearby, but it's a matter of luck to find one. The hotel's partnered parking lot is a bit far, which is the only downside. It's about a 5-10 minute walk from the hotel to Fengjia Night Market. As for breakfast, I didn't opt for the hotel's breakfast and instead ate at a breakfast shop nearby. Overall, I think this hotel is more suitable for short stays.

Really friendly and efficient. No issues with cleanliness. Night market is right there, walked around late at night and felt super safe. They don't have a 24 hour staff, so it might be difficult for those who need to do a late check in.

This is a 4-star hotel. Regarding facilities: 1. No bathtub. 2. No smart toilet. This feels a bit off for Taiwan. The bed was quite large, everything else was standard, and the bathroom was also spacious. Plus, there's a 220v outlet. Cleanliness: No issues, very good. Service: For breakfast, you have to clear your own plates and cutlery. Is this a cost-cutting measure? It's not very eco-friendly and reduces staff jobs. Also, I was given a dirty, unwashed cup. Other service aspects were fine. Environment: It's not too far or too close to the MRT station. The snack shops nearby are all delicious (next to 7-Eleven). There's a 7-Eleven and FamilyMart right downstairs, so the location is pretty good. However, the soundproofing isn't great, especially being right by the road. Value for money is decent.

I informed the hotel that I would be late check in as I was coming from Taoyuan Airport after landed, they told me that they would hold my room until 1am, luckily I was able to check in around 11.30pm. The hotel is a little small for family, but we only stay for 2 nights so it’s okay. The hotel is clean, and there is air purifier spray provided in the washroom! Water dispenser is there just near the lift. The social living room is well designed. Walking distance to fengchia night market. Overall, it is a satisfied stay!

The bed is comfortable, and it is not far from Fengjia Night Market, within walking distance. The space configuration is also suitable. However, I was awakened at night by the swinging door of the toilet due to the wind. I had to get up in the middle of the night to close the ventilation window of the bathroom, which affected my sleep. If you are sensitive to strange noises, you need to consider closing the window first. In addition, the water flow in the sink was slow. When I opened it, I found food residues from the previous residents stuck in the drain hole, which deserves further attention.

The service was very welcoming, and the room had drinks and cookies. The facilities were relatively new and the room was clean. The location is about a 15-minute walk from Fengjia Night Market. The street is somewhat remote and feels like an industrial area; rooms near the road may experience car noise at night.

The hotel boasts a beautiful environment, a fantastic location, and convenient transportation. Our room was comfortable and impeccably clean. The staff were exceptionally friendly and always eager to assist. The breakfast spread was extensive. Facilities were thoughtfully designed and user-friendly, with excellent high-speed internet. Overall, the service was attentive, and the rooms were in great condition.
