The soundproofing quality is not very good. I stayed on the 7th floor this time. You can hear the noise from the street on the first floor and people talking outside the door. Light sleepers should think carefully 10F breakfast environment, good view The food is not very varied, but delicious and plentiful

This family trip today is our fourth night out. The hotel I stayed the night before was also a motel. Children always look forward to the surprise of every opening. ～ The business family room of the auto travel is sunny and the lights are dim. So the hotel I stayed in tonight's expectations have also dropped a little 😆 But what I never thought! The family suite of Dubai style fashion hotel makes people exclaim. The layout space is super large and comfortable. The bathroom is also amazing. The room number for this stay is 511. Next door is a children's play area and a gym. In addition, breakfast to the restaurant on the second floor. The kitchen aunt is very good at cooking. The service is also kind. I will visit again next time.

Hotel is located just 2 mins always from train station, very convenient for transfer any public transportation. And The main reason i choose this property because it’s just across to my favourite Foam Cat Cafe. I can see it from window room. 7-11 just a minute away. Breakfast not many varieties but ok for local hotel. Staffs are very helpful and good English Skill.

I had a pleasant stay at Norway Forest Hotel in Taichung. The location is excellent, just a short walk from Taichung Train Station, which makes traveling around the city very convenient. There are also many restaurants and convenience stores nearby. The room was clean, modern, and comfortable. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was clean with good water pressure. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout the stay. The hotel also has a playground for children, which is great for families, as well as laundry and drying facilities, very convenient for longer stays. Overall, this hotel offers great value for money and I would recommend it to travelers visiting Taichung.

Throughout my entire trip to Taiwan, Lude truly made my day! Upon check-in, I was immediately drawn to the clean, fresh, minimalist, and well-designed decor. Unlike other hostels with shared public bathrooms, Lude's single rooms are essentially a private room for one person, sharing a bathroom with just one other adjacent room. This significantly reduces the chance of multiple people disturbing each other, and I had an excellent night's sleep. The next day, after checking out, I lingered for a long time in the beautiful common area. The bright floor-to-ceiling windows, rich and charming cultural and creative products, high-quality and affordable homemade pour-over coffee, and warm black tea made me reluctant to leave. My biggest regret is not staying here for a few more days. On my next trip, in any city where Lude exists, I will definitely visit and experience different room types. Wishing them prosperous business! This is truly an amazing place to stay.

Chance Hotel in Taichung is exactly what you’d expect for the price of a 3-star hotel, and there’s nothing to complain about at this price range. The hotel is clean and provides all the necessary amenities. The most important highlight is the location—it’s right next to Taichung Train Station. There are also many restaurants and convenience stores nearby, which makes everything very convenient. Overall, a good value stay.

It is an older hotel. It is near the train station. It is convenient to take the MRT, but the surrounding environment is relatively... The parking lot is a bit far from the hotel. The bathroom has no dry and wet separation, only a cloth curtain. After taking a shower, the whole room will be wet. , the bathroom floor was slippery, the breakfast was mediocre, with few choices, the restaurant was small, and there were many mosquitoes flying around.

We are very satisfied with our 4D3N stay here. The photos I shared are taken by yours truly. The room size is big for me and my mom. The staffs were nice and can speak English. I’m really sorry that I lost the baggage tag 😭😭😭 We will definitely stay here again and I’ll make sure to double check my things especially whenever I go out so I won’t lose anything again 🥹 I highly suggest adding bidet. That would be perfect if ever we comeback to Taichung next time! 😁 Just a heads up if you ever need to go out and the lobby door is locked, look on the right side of the door and there’s an instruction there haha no one told us about it and we end up using the back door to get out until the next day, the back door was also lock and good thing my mom noticed something on the right side of the door and when I pressed it, the door unlocked 🤣 it’s my first time to experience that for a 2 star hotel (according to google maps) so I really find that experience silly, embarrassing and unforgettable ~ 🥹 but the next time we come here, I know what to do 🤭

Good location and spacious room. Only setback of the room is the elevated door frame at the room entrance. You need to lift up (carry) your luggage into the room instead of pull it to the room. Very strict on check out timing with charges of TWD200 per hour levied for exceeding the official check out time at 11am.

It's what you would expect. Sleeping pod with charging and light inside, spacious but the bed could be a bit softer. You have a big locker in the room. The bathroom with nice, with showers and good hair dryers. There is also a common area with space to leave luggage, free water, coffee and tea, and some tables to rest. You can wash and dry your clothes for 50 NTD each and buy a detergent pod in the reception. The area at night is not the best, as you can see some drunk people wandering around. But other than that, is perfectly just outside the station and walking/bike/bus distance from everything.
