1.攜程預訂，選擇的是大床房，到店後前台服務員告知沒有大床房了，沒有大床房可以設定無法選擇，也可以電話提前告知。讓免費升級也不給免費升級。2.前台有顧客茶水，但是僅是擺設，問一次性水杯有沒有，前台告知用完了，沒有。3.房間配套易耗品簡陋，抽紙很少，床單全是破洞。因為到店很晚，不想折騰所以無奈選擇補差價升級房型，住宿體驗感非常差，房間空調吵得一夜沒辦法睡，無奈關閉空調。價格和房間配套，服務完全不匹配。

房間乾淨整潔，前台工作人員服務態度好，保潔員態度好，洗漱用品齊全，有免費的停車場，前台小姐姐很漂亮，溝通起來很和諧，善於助人，為人熱情，進門香氣濃郁，適合談情説愛，辦公，隔音效果很好，聽不到隔壁聲音。

房間乾淨衞生。佈局也很好。很有情調。很安靜，讓我們睡了個好覺。前台小姐姐和保潔阿姨，還有食堂大姐。人都特別好。帶着孩子去的。前台小姐姐送了早餐券，保潔阿姨主動詢問用不用收拾衞生，去吃早飯的時候。食堂阿姨還幫忙看孩子。以後有需要還會入住的。希望下次還送早餐券，哈哈哈。

非常大的差評吧。真實出行，355的房價
1.沒有空調，咋調都沒用，問就説機房已經關掉了。大姐還説你中午過後就退房了，也沒必要開了。
2.300多的房間，飲料還是收費的，你加幾塊的房價送送飲料不行嗎？房間免費的礦泉水牌子都沒見過，問前台，前台就説，反正是免費的，反正能喝。
3.基礎設定也不太行，熱水沒法調冷點，固定的水温。一次性用品也是很次的這種。
總之差評，住過這麼多酒店，不知道為啥會有這種收費高，設施差，服務差的酒店。。

實際和酒店在攜程放的照片有很大差距，牆紙是破的，燈光很昏暗。寫的是2022年裝修的，到了店裡告訴我特惠房是沒裝修的，設施很老，沒有免費礦泉水，沒有一次性拖鞋。
