The hotel is very neat and clean. The location of the hotel is a plus because it is near the train station and bus station.

We choose this place because it was quite close from the main station, which is the local Tainan station (not HSR Tainan station). Its location was awesome because we could store our luggage right after arriving Tainan station. But it’s a bit far from main sightseeing spots.

I didn’t feel comfortable at all. Somehow it felt spooky to me - so I checked out after 30mins and forfeited my payment for 2 nights.
I waited 10min at the counter - no staff no response. But they were otherwise friendly people. I will never recommend my friends or family to stay here because this building feels like an abandoned old building.

I got a room last night and Air condition is not good, i cant sleep , and the type of our room is not good and have a bad smell, and comfort room is not okay.

The room have very strong smell at the first time i come in. The receptionist are not stayed 24/7. Good location, friendly receptionist.
