BO CHUAN HOTEL

This hotel has an excellent location! Being right by a bus stop is super convenient, especially since Tainan doesn't have a subway system. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful, and there's even a game room in the basement. The only downsides are that the facilities are a bit dated, and my bath towel had a big hole in it.

This hotel is really comfortable, and the air conditioning works great. However, the water pressure in the shower isn't strong enough, which makes showering a bit unpleasant. It's super close to Tainan Train Station. They have games available in the basement. There's no fridge in the room, only in the lobby.

It's within walking distance and very close to Tainan Station. There's a Family Mart just two doors down from the hotel, and a 7-Eleven nearby as well.

The bed felt a bit dirty; I woke up with bug bites on my neck after one night. The facilities were okay though, and there was plenty of hot water.

Pros: Just a 2-minute walk from the train station. The room had a bidet. My room was ready when I arrived at 12 PM, allowing for an early check-in. Cons: The bathroom doesn't have a separate wet and dry area, not even a shower curtain, so the whole bathroom gets wet. The exhaust fan is even louder than the air conditioning. Since I stayed in a single room, there was no fridge, no kettle, and no cups. They provided one bottle of mineral water, and if you needed more, you had to go downstairs where there's a communal fridge. It's an old hotel, over 30 years old, that has been renovated, but you can still see signs of its age.

I was hoping for a bit more natural light. I chose a street-view room, but it was quite noisy. If you're sensitive to sound, I'd recommend picking a different room. The location is excellent, very close to the train station. The room itself was pretty standard, but it's still good value for money.

This hotel has a pretty good location; you can walk directly from Tainan Station, it's not far at all. The staff here are very kind and lovely. There are complimentary snacks available for all guests in the lobby on the first floor. The staff provided excellent recommendations for everything, including detailed instructions on house rules, how to use the room, and how to operate the hot and cold water system in the room. The bedroom size is just right, and there's a TV. The area around the hotel is a bustling community with many shops. If I have the chance to visit Tainan again, I would definitely stay here. It's really great, highly recommended for anyone planning a trip to Tainan!
