The front desk staff were very friendly and explained everything clearly. They answered all my questions thoroughly. The room was clean and tidy. I chose a room with a balcony, and looking at the city in the distance and the vast sky was incredibly healing. It was also very relaxing to just sit on the balcony and enjoy the breeze. I'll definitely go back if I have the chance.

My second visit, and I still love it!

The hotel's design style is great, and the place is very spacious. The room is also large, the bed is comfortable, and the pillows are good. There's an open-plan bathroom with an island sink and a bathtub for soaking. Everything is perfect, the only thing to complain about is the toilet paper – it's too rough and cheap; if you use too much force, your skin will peel off!!!

Overall, it was a fantastic and comfortable stay. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. I've stayed here before, and they're great at remembering if it's a birthday or anniversary, always offering a complimentary cake and a card. This time, they even gave me a cute horse-themed doll!

This time, I used the swimming pool, and I was really happy to find a shallow 30cm pool, perfect for babies under one year old. The play area was very convenient to use, except for the ball pit where socks are required. It really gave parents a chance to relax while traveling. If you want to add breakfast, you can arrange it at the front desk for a better price.

The environment, service, and scenery are all excellent.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. What really stood out to me was the exceptional care and attentiveness of the swimming pool counter staff and the pool attendants. They constantly kept an eye on the children, reminding them to be careful and not to slip. ❤️ They were super, super thoughtful! If there was any water by the pool, they'd quickly clean it up to prevent kids from slipping. Seriously, they were incredibly dedicated! The buffet breakfast was also delicious with a great variety of options. The environment and rooms were very clean and tidy, with no damp smell; the air even smelled fragrant. It was absolutely great value for money!!! I will definitely revisit this place next time I'm in Tainan ❤️ My kids and I absolutely loved it here ❤️

The hotel's design is beautiful, a perfect 10, and it's spotlessly clean, another 10. It's also conveniently located near many attractions in Anping.
