203房床腳是斷掉的，房間燈光一直閃，到處都是灰塵，是不是有不好的東西？ 這家motel管理不好，有鬼，千萬別來 要退房，還不能退 小姐態度不佳，說她會被扣錢………（這是原因嗎？） 只一直line老闆，說老闆堅決不退….老闆吃定你 說只能換房，於是給第二次機會 205房天花板長霉….噁心 地板髒亂，裝潢都已經嚴重變形… 窗簾也噁心至極 竟有種房間拿出來給人住嗎？ 再換302房，也是問題 結果又換301房，竟然冷氣開關也壞掉 出現異常，小姐還辯稱等一下就會恢復正常 秀逗就是秀逗 連續給四次機會，這種情況，有誰還想住？ 老闆非常堅持，不給人退房 感覺好像遇到詐騙集團 連找台南東區警察來都沒用….這是什麼原因？
