Grand banyan hotel is above my expectations, I am very thankful for the reservation team and front desk staff for helping me when I mistakenly booked my hotel room on the wrong date. I will definitely comeback to this outstanding hotel in the future when return to Tainan.

Had a great stay at Hotel Grand Banyan Tainan. The location is convenient, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious with a good mix of local and international choices. Highly recommend!

Location is okay, generally in Tainan you need uber or walk long distance to anywhere. The buffet breakfast is okay, staffs are helpful.

Will visit again, best hotel in Tainan. Room is spacious, clean, noice reduction is legit, and you have a Bluetooth speaker in the room!

攜程鑽石貴賓入住後評價：
1.酒店衞生噁心，床上有尿斑，沙發上有疑似食物湯渣痕跡。
2.半夜噪音大，房間門和地板隔音很差，半夜都能聽到樓道聲音和清晰的聽到隔壁聲音。
3.凌晨2點隔壁房間4-6人搞party，周圍客房都在抗議，酒店竟然無法處理解決。
4.酒店客服人員辦事拖沓，從投訴噪音到換房間，耗時巨長，看到住户行李多，傻傻的看着也不知道幫忙，毫無服務意識。
5.徒有其表，外觀看似五行，內在的衞生和管理及服務，2星都算不上。大概相當於縣城民宿，到處藏污納垢。
6.因為噪音問題一夜未睡，酒店無任何補救，僅僅是口頭道歉而已。我們花了錢住酒店，因為噪音一夜未睡，你口頭道歉解決問題？
以後絕對不住這個酒店，供大家避雷。

酒店離台南火車站不遠，注意不是高鐵站，是火車站。高鐵下來可以坐火車從沙崙到台南站，半小時一班。酒店房間蠻大的，隔音一班，能聽見門外的動靜。客房沒有配瓶裝水，每個樓層有飲水機，需要自己去接水。
