Fully remote check-in/out. Unique room setting & interior. Not for ppl with big & huge luggage as there are no lifts (unless u are able to leave your bulky luggage on the 1st floor). Common and free use of washing machine, & fridge. Front of accommodation is not pretty as there are renovation works going around. View from room also looks into a deserted, broken area next door. The room itself is great tho! I love the lightings and furniture is comfortable. Sofa & coffee table is available. Note of advise: contact the owner before your arrival to get the pass code to enter the premises.

オーナーは宿泊前にたくさんのメッセージと、到着前にエアコンを入れてくれたため、快適且つ不安なく過ごすことができました。
1Fから3Fまで古く見えてとても清潔でした。シャワーには注意が必要かもしれません。
今まで宿泊したどのB&Bよりもアメニティに優れていて不自由なかったです。
また次も台南にきたときには泊まりたいと思える宿でした。

Our room thoughtfully provided recommendations for both traditional local eateries and modern dining options in the vicinity. The hotel's public library is well-stocked with Tainan travel guides. GGuest UserOverall, Lakeshore Hotel Tainan is quite a decent choice. The premises were clean and well-kept, the staff were friendly and accommodating, and both the check-in and check-out processes were very efficient. The room size was adequate, the beds were comfortable, leading to a decent night's sleep, and the cleanliness was satisfactory. While the hotel offers a comprehensive range of facilities, there's room for improvement in their overall maintenance and attention to detail.
Judged purely by ********* standards, it could certainly pass as a four-star hotel. However, compared to high-end hotels in places like Macau, the difference is quite noticeable, especially in the refinement of details and service quality. The breakfast selection was decent but not extensive, though it met basic needs. The overall ambiance of the pool and public areas was pleasant, making it suitable for families and those with children.
All things considered, it was a largely satisfactory stay. If they can improve on the finer details and dining quality in the future, I believe it would be much closer to a five-star standard.

From booking to check-in, he provided detailed information about various things, including local food, tourist activities, and transportation instructions, which saved us a lot of time searching. Vvictor zhongThe overall service quality at the hotel was excellent. The front desk staff were friendly and polite, proactively reached out to guests, and their responses were always prompt and helpful.
The hotel's surroundings were quiet and elegant. Its prime location meant it wasn't impacted by nearby buildings, and there was ample space for relaxation nearby.
The room facilities were well-maintained, and the cleanliness was excellent. However, the bathtub was a bit old and had some cracks, though it didn't pose any immediate danger.
The bathroom's glass door could benefit from frosted film to make it more visible, reducing the chance of collisions, or to enhance user privacy! Moreover, the privacy curtain was installed outside the bathroom, which was not very convenient to use.
For the extra bed, an open-style screen could be added to provide more personal space and privacy, and minimize direct sightlines with the main bed.
The breakfast quality was very satisfactory, especially the buffet.

GGuest UserIt is my third or fourth time staying in this hotel. The room is very spacious and comfortable. This is the tallest building in town and should be the most luxurious hotel there. It is right next to the Tainan Rail Station and is super convenient. Staff service is great. There aren’t much changes since I last stayed here in 2014. Nonetheless it is a place worth staying in Tainan.

GGuest UserWas worried about the mixed Google reviews but Villa area was nicer than expected. Recommended to come on a weekday so there are fewer people. Enjoyed the public hot springs (room came with 1 coupon) and the personal room hot springs). Booked Tuscany room and the hot springs are located outdoors, you can still do a nude dip but take note that there are other rooms above you, can wrap a towel from the room the pools. Room itself is smaller than expected but quite decent. Some flies around but otherwise good.
