The first time I stayed at Formosa Yacht Hotel, I was amazed by its CP value! When traveling with children, the hotel pays great attention to various details. The environment is clean and comfortable, the bed is big, the room is spacious, there is a bathtub and dressing table, even the bath products are not sloppy, and there are many amusement facilities suitable for children. The children have a lot of fun and the adults are happy too! ! Then the breakfast is varied and delicious! !

A bit dated but big and nice. Our toilet got clogged on the first day but after flushing many times, it fixed itself.
Breakfast was not bad, just don’t expect too much. Location was great, just a few mins walk from the train station. The hotel is also connected to a department store.
One tip: avoid the coffee shop connected to the hotel ( it is a bakery/cafe). The lids of the coffee do not fit the coffee cup and will result in leaks. The cafe try to fix it with tape but that doesn’t work at all.

Nice resort with private in-room hot spring tubs. Location of room is not conducive for elderlies and if you have liggages. We have to lug our luggages from the reception lobby to the room which is located in another building and part of the resort and it's with stairs up and down. Luckily we met a nice lady staff who helped carry some of our luggages. Then when we almost reached our room, a guy manning the spa entrance told us we can call hotel lobby and arrange for staff to carry our luggages. The checked-in staff who guided us should have told us earlier and offered staff to carry our luggages since we had conveyed our difficulties to her.

A great hot spring experience. Both the elders and children had a great time. The room was very clean. The bed was big enough for two adults to take a nap. You can also borrow cribs and bathtubs from the hotel. The viewing platform on the sixth floor of the hotel looks very beautiful👍The only drawback is that there are not many dishes to choose from for breakfast. The dishes are cold and should have been prepared in advance. But the overall review is great.

The first time I entered was frightened by the amazing smell of smoke, but fortunately I changed the room for the first time after calling customer service.
The room is quite big, the breakfast is also very rich, it feels more suitable for two people.

少少林華I stayed in this hotel in this April, which is a wonderful experience. Thus, I brought my family (total 4) to stay in this hotel again. Unfortunately, the experience of this time is not pleasant.
First of all, as i m the IHG member, I am entitled to have welcome drink. Last time, we can drink in the lobby lounge, but this time, the waitress declined us to take the drink at the lounge and requested us to take away the drinks. Whats ridiculous?! The welcome drink is offered by the hotel, but i m not wrlcome to drink at the lounge.
Secondly, the cleaning service is not pleasant, two cups in my room have not been cleaned.
Thirdly, the food serving of beef soup is very unsatisfactory. I don't understand why I requested to have more soup and got a black face from the chef.
I spent over US$600 for two nights, but seems not be welcomed from the lounge nor restaurant. I would not recommend others to stay in this luxury but not welcome hotel

SSujungHotel itself including room, lobby everywhere was amazing. 100% satisfied. Breakfast was definitely the best i've ever experienced. However the swimming pool was not recommended, as it requires you to wear their swimming cap and only the cold water was allowed when the temperature was 13 degree. The sunbed waa super uncomfortable as well.

Ppathfinder1We had a great stay at Kindness Day Hotel! It’s small but sleek and modern, with a cozy vibe. The staff were super friendly and helpful, especially for us English speakers, which made everything so easy.
The lounge with unlimited coffee and cookies was perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. You get a free drink ticket each night for beer or juice, which is a nice perk. Just be sure to use them the same day as they expire. We didn’t get a chance to use ours!
The breakfast buffet was decent, not amazing, but still a nice option to have. With a bus stop and bike station right outside and plenty of restaurants and attractions nearby, it’s a super convenient and welcoming place to stay. Highly recommend!

CCuipingThis time I stayed in a standard quadruple room. The room was as large as the space displayed in the photos of the website. The toilet was also very large. There was also a bathtub for children to play with water. The shower head was water pressure enough and the water temperature was stable. The cleanliness of the room is also as clean and odorless as netizens say. As for sound insulation, we lived on the 7th floor and did not encounter problems with poor sound insulation.
There are water dispensers, coffee machines, tables, chairs, and sofas in the lobby on the first floor of the hotel. It is convenient to have dinner with friends when you come back from outside. The parking lot is very close and the nearby life function is convenient.
Trip.com After booking, we have a plus hotel Line. It is very convenient to contact directly if you have any questions before check-in. If there is any problem during the stay, the counter staff will kindly reply. A very warm hotel, and I will want to live in Tainan next time.

花花花桑The hotel is a bit old, but the hygiene is still very good, which is acceptable. The room is also very big, but unfortunately there is no bathtub. I personally think the breakfast is not bad, although it is not very good, but I think the beef soup is great. Many people are crazy about beef soup, and it has everything it should have. It is better than the best but better than the worst. At this price, I think it is still recommended to do it.

EEdison DGood location, the food street is just around the corner, with many treading restaurants. Walking distance to attractions. The hotel is clean, spacious room and good maintenance. The only cons is the breakfast, descent choice and taste, and part of dishes were out around 9:30am and never refilled.

IInuuuuuOld Man Captain Hostel is in an unbeatable location—right in front of TRA Tainan Station, making it super convenient for travelers. However, the entrance is a bit tricky to find as it’s inside the FamilyMart by the station, so it took me a while to figure out how to get in. There’s also a Ubike station nearby, which makes exploring the city really easy.
The staff were friendly and spoke English well, which made check-in and general communication smooth.
As for the dormitory, the beds were pretty basic, and the room itself was quite small. It wasn’t exactly dirty, but it wasn’t particularly clean either. If you’re just looking for a place to crash for a night or two, it does the job, but don’t expect anything fancy.
Overall, a good option for budget travelers who prioritize location over comfort.

YYingliuThe location is very urban, but it is difficult to find a parking space, but it is very convenient to order delivery because the delivery person can just take the elevator up and get it as soon as the door opens. It is very convenient for those who are too lazy to go out for food after a long day. There is a sofa and a small table. Eating is very convenient, but one major disadvantage is that the pillows are really not good to lie on. I stayed in different rooms for 4 days in the south and fell asleep here.

CCharles DarrochHotel and building was a little dated. Our room was overly basic in a state or repair. There was a terrible mould smell in the room which we did not like. The bathroom was nice and clean though. The location was pretty good too. Not too far from the station, close to the night market, and close to subways and bus routes. Definitely wouldn’t stay again and would look at paying a little more for a nicer hotel.
