During the Christmas tourist season, I met people from Hong Kong and Macao everywhere in Beitou, which was very friendly. The hotel is in a very good location, opposite scenic spots, parks, many convenience stores and restaurants nearby, and close to the MRT station. I stayed in a family quadruple room with my mother and two daughters. The room is spacious and the bathroom has a separate hot spring bath. It would be best if you place an auxiliary stepping chair in the bathroom in advance, because the shower area is the same as the hot spring pool. The location is very high and the pool is very deep. It is too inconvenient to get in and out of the pool. The TV remote control does not work well, and Netflix, YouTube, and Disney+ channels cannot be viewed. The check-in time was set at 18:00. I arrived in Taiwan on an early morning flight and arrived in Beitou at 13:30. With young children, I could only spend some time at the 7-11 downstairs of the hotel and the park opposite. The front desk staff was very nice, storing my luggage and arranging my arrangements. After checking in, I was given coupons for lunch, dinner and breakfast, and I was allowed to check in early at 17:00. I ate in the hotel restaurant. There was a children's playroom next to the restaurant. Although the place was small, my daughter had a great time. The front desk clerk helped me make reservations for restaurants in Taipei and called us a taxi out of Taipei. It was a great hospitality and I will stay here again. The ideal check-in time is 15:00. 😁

Enjoy Hot Spring is our most frequented hot spring hotel. Its equipment and decoration are all in a simple industrial style, which is very relaxing. And this time, they were very considerate and automatically upgraded us to a Yutaki room. This is my favorite room type. You can see the transformation of the hot spring street from night to dawn. It’s so beautiful. It really feels like being in the city. Japan makes me feel very amazing and very value for money. The only drawback is that it is very full and difficult to get a reservation. In addition, I also hope to have a small refrigerator where I need to keep some drinks and food cold in summer.

The isolation of the hotel is 7 Aberdeen, and there is a self-service laundromat in two minutes, which is very convenient. There is a snack street ten minutes away, which is the same as the breakfast shop. There are noodles for breakfast at the hotel. There is buffet first during holidays. It is a set meal on weekdays. There are only porridge and side dishes, and a few fruits. There are 2 pieces of broccoli, a piece of fish, and a shrimp, but it must be enough, but there are too few choices, so breakfast I don't recommend eating in hotels. If you finish eating the rubbish, don't put it in the room, it will attract more ants. If you take the bus, it is convenient to walk for five minutes, and the MRT is much farther away. The hotel has an independent soaking pool, which is considered clean. The only thing that is not convenient is that there is no hanging place for clothes in the toilet. The clothes can only be placed in the washbasin for isolation.

The hotel was very conveniently located, near the mrt station and the shopping area. The room was also very spacious and comfortable. Surprised that the bathroom had a bathtub! Bed was comfy too. Good value for money all things considered! The breakfast spread was a little bit limited but otherwise everything was good!

Unfortunately, the hotel was fully booked, and they couldn't provide a similar room as a backup. This was disappointing, as it demonstrated a lack of proactive management on the hotel's part.In addition, when we reported the faulty air conditioning, the hotel management promptly arranged for a contractor to service it. However, it was scheduled for the very next day, which meant an uncomfortable night in our room. It would be beneficial if they could expedite such essential maintenance to minimize guest inconvenience. On the bright side, the hotel's location was fantastic, offering easy access to popular attractions and convenient transportation options. Despite the air conditioning issue, I would consider staying here again in the future, hoping for better flexibility on check-in/check-out times and improvements in room management.
