The staff were really polite and the room had everything we needed. The laundry services were very convenient and the hotel provided free detergent and complimentary beers on arrival! Would happily stay there again.

Great hotel except a little expensive. Left a box of moon cakes there and received an email from them. So I emailed back to share with their colleagues . Thank you

Spacious room with big comfortable bed. Free drinks coupon only from 8.30 to 10 pm. About 10 mins walk from Taipei Main Station

The hotel is located in the south side of the Taipei main station which is super convenient. Moreover, it is near the park, museums, MRT, bus station, and bike rental point. The room was totally clean and well equipped with all amenities. I travelled alone and found that the bed for two is extremely comfortable but the room itself is a bit small even with my 26 inches luggage. In case you were 2 PAX with 2 luggage, this will be woefully tight. I love that the hotel has joined the green project and having the free drinking water for guests to fill their bottles without providing new plastic drinking water everyday. Free coffee and tea are also provide for everyone at the lobby. Walking machine are installed in the rear of the lobby as well. It costs you 50 NTD approximately. Something that I'm concerned is that they didn't give any document on your deposit on checking in and refund on checking out. The deposit money has shown as pending on my credit card till now.

Best selection to stay and the hotel near Taibei main station approximate 3 minutes walk. Room is clean and comfortable also there’s windows.

Stayed for 1 night. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Street was quiet as there was typhoon alert. Wet and cold and glad there was hot coffee. Check in and check out was swift.

Excellent location, rather new and well equipped room and friendly front desk. Family mart is right opposite and cosmed is right next door. Mcd is few steps away. Bonus is each guest get a free beer voucher which is redeemable at the bar downstairs lol.

Good location, easy to get by. Recommended if convenience is key. Room is slightly on the smaller side.

3 things I did not like. 1. WiFi ******! 2. Shower not even hot, not even WARM! 3. I made 2 different reservations cause I showed up and early and left a gap in between the reservations. Lady behind the counter tells me she has a room available for the day I need to cover the gap. I find one online that can save me $10 (and i told her how I would save) so I booked/reserved it online right in from of her. 2 minutes passed by the time I get to my room and the booking/reservation got cancelled. I’m pretty sure it got cancelled by HER because I didn’t want to pay the extra $$$. What a scam.

Excellent location, booked a triple room. The room is clean in general. The hotel offers free welcome drinks, pay attention to the redemption date and time. The redemption place is the bar in the same building, ground floor.

Room is a bit small but comfortable. Distance is abt 5min walk from the metro.

Excellent location in 10 minutes walk to Taipei Main Station. The rooms are spacious and clean, with everything you need. The hotel staffs are very nice and helpful. This is one of the best choices in the district.

During our stay at Hotel Relax II for a duration of 6 days and 5 nights, we encountered an unpleasant situation upon entering our room. The toilet was infested with bugs and emitted a foul odor from the sewer. Consequently, we promptly proceeded to the reception desk to report the matter. Unfortunately, the reception staff failed to take any action to address the problem, leaving us with no choice but to handle the issue ourselves.

Room is clean, and the location is not far from Taipei main stations. There are many restaurants, and foods are available around. Self laundary is available within the facilities. One thing I would comment is the wifi a little bit slow.
