I absolutely enjoyed my stay here. It’s just about 20 min bus ride away from central Taipei. Therefore the stay is quiet and peaceful and you’re still close enough to the downtown core if you want to get some excitement. The bus system is easy enough to navigate. And there are small little food spots near the hotel. Room was clean and tidy and service was excellent. There was a big earthquake during my stay and staff were diligent and well prepared. I felt very safe in their care. Will book again!

Perfect location, transportation is easy by bus's to the nearest train station or city centre. The hotel staff's were helpful, the room is clean, big, nice toilet and bathroom. The washbasin bottle trap not allowing water to escape quickly.

Had a good stay at CHECK inn SELECT Taipei Neihu. The whole process was straightforward from the moment I arrived. Self check-in was simple and only took a minute. The room was bigger than I expected and very clean, with large windows that made it feel bright. I was on the road-facing side but the noise wasn’t an issue at all. Front desk staff were friendly and easy to communicate with, which helped a lot. The shower had strong water pressure, and the Wi-Fi worked well throughout my stay. For the price, it’s a solid option in Neihu and I’d be happy to stay again on future trips.

Absolutely terrible! I stayed for 5 days and 4 nights. Besides taking out the trash, they didn't clean my room or tidy up once the entire stay. They didn't even bother to make the bed. They also threw away some of my personal belongings. The bathroom got dirty, and I repeatedly spoke to the front desk, asking them to clean it. It was never cleaned, not even by the time I checked out. I talked to both the front desk and the cleaning staff, but there was just no response. The cleaning cart was parked right outside my room, so I thought they were going to clean, but nope! Finally, right before check-out, I spoke to them one last time, and they gave me some drip coffee bags and an apology. It was so bad! I never imagined a hotel could go this long without any cleaning whatsoever! It was just awful, awful, awful! There was nowhere to complain. I even told the taxi driver when I left, and he couldn't believe it either. So bad! Unacceptable.
