Great location, right next to Shilin Official Residence, making it very convenient to get to Beitou and Tamsui. The breakfast was a pleasant surprise and quite satisfying. Unfortunately, the swimming pool was closed, so I couldn't try it out. The room was a bit small, but the bathtub was surprisingly large.

Positive: Convenient to train station. Quiet neighbourhood overlooking a beautiful park. Room is spacious and comfortable. Can be improved: Breakfast buffet Should have a coffee cafe bar instead of tea bar

Had a wonderful trip! The location is just outside Shilin Official Residence, close to Shilin Station and Shilin Night Market. The breakfast was delicious, and they even had complimentary snacks and drinks. Loved it!

The hotel's scenery and environment are great, it's just a bit far from the MRT station. It's a shame that I couldn't use my gold card benefits to upgrade my room or request a late check-out because I booked through a third party.

The rooms are modern, spacious, very clean, and well equipped with everything needed for both business and leisure travelers. Housekeeping does an excellent job of keeping the room spotless and tidy every day. The breakfast buffet is delicious, with a wide variety of international and local options that are constantly replenished. The location is very convenient, close to Shilin Night Market and the MRT, but still quiet enough for a relaxing stay. Facilities such as the rooftop pool, fitness center, and lounge area give a real luxury resort feeling. Overall, this is a fantastic 5-star hotel in Taipei, and it is easy to recommend it to anyone looking for high-quality service and comfort.

Overall, it was a decent experience, especially the wide variety of breakfast options which deserve special commendation. However, there are a few areas for improvement. The in-room cleaning details could be better. Also, the tall gentleman with yellow hair who was greeting guests at breakfast had a terrible attitude. When I walked into the restaurant without stating my room number, I was immediately asked to go back to the entrance. There was also no greeting when I finished breakfast, which was very disappointing!

The room was very clean and the service was excellent. Shilin Official Residence is right next to the hotel, which is super convenient. Shilin Night Market is also a short walk away, and it's not far to the Science Museum or the National Palace Museum. Highly recommend!

Very nice rooms, great location beside a beautiful public park, rooftop swimming pool fantastic except for the fact there is only enough space around it for a couple deck chairs which are usually taken. Breakfast room too noisy for my taste.

Love the place and the hotel was amazingly good.

A nice surprise. Wanted to stay in an area apart from 101. Beautiful hotel, our room had a view of the mountain, spacious and really clean. The area is quiet and serene while having restaurants close by as well. Easy connect with MRT. Staff (especially Jennifer and Silvia) are most helpful and friendly. Will be back. And will recommend to friends.

Great stay and love the environment. Away from the hustle bustle of the city and the service provided is tiptop breakfast also has generous variety as well. Overall satisfactory 😊
