I was assigned to the last room 517, the bathroom not even have the hanger for cloth / bath tower. After the first night, my skin had the irritation for both left & right hands. Location just nearby the XiMenDing market.

Great location and friendly staff. Rooms are tiny and mine didn’t have any windows.

Only stayed for one night. Booked it I think the night before or the same day. It’s cheap, for a private room with TV and bathroom. It’s quiet. The front desk, was very considerate at the time. The regular check-in is at 3pm, but she let me leave my stuff and go back at 12pm. That was only about an hour of waiting or even less. Just enough to have my breakfast. They have a pet cat, it’s the cutest thing ever. Basic necessities are there. Not really a downside for me, but it’s still good to know that you gotta take a 22-step stairs, to get into the elevator. It’s just how it is. It’s in a GREAT location though. Like before entering the elevator, it’s Mala Hotpot. Before taking the stairs, it’s Family Mart. And it’s located inside the Ximending night market area. I’d actually stay here again when I come back. If I’d need a private room versus dorm type. The only thing that needs improvement is cleaning the entire room: they haven’t cleaned the under bed really well. Like I was trying to look for my slippers, so I bent down and saw the previous disposable slippers are there too. False eyelashes. Dust. Hair. Used bottles. But if you think of it, why would you need the under bed cleaned anyway? Well at least for me. It’s not a super big deal. But I remember some people have allergies and this might trigger them. So yeah. It still needs to be improved on. And it might become source of insects, bed bags maybe? or whatsoever. Oh, and the electric pot wasn’t that clean as well. I think we shouldn’t normalize that regardless if it’s not being used often by every guest. I to use the water dispenser outside(which defeats the purpose of having your pwn kettle in your room right). Overall, I’d still stay here for the sake of cheap price, quiet environment and its location.

Convenient location, FamilyMart downstairs

The location is very convenient. There is a convenience store downstairs. It is very close to Ximending. Opposite is Wannian Commercial Building. It takes only about 5 minutes to get to the pick-up station. The hotel service is also very good, and the sound insulation is also good. I will come to this hotel again next time.

You have to walk up a long flight of stairs to get to the hotel. When you get to the room, you find that the surrounding environment is very old and cannot be cleaned. Basically, you don't want to stay in the room for too long. The towels and sheets are all stained. The toilet will get wet when you take a shower. Basically, you have to wipe it dry before you can use it. The room cannot be completely dark after turning off the lights. Its smoke head will flash, which affects your sleep. The sound insulation is also very poor. You can often hear the sound of people coming in and out of the corridor, and the sound of water flushing in the next room. You can choose other cost-effective rooms to stay in. It is not recommended.

The service was excellent, and the location was convenient. The only downside was that there was no direct elevator access.

The soundproofing is very poor, the refrigerator and air conditioner are very noisy, and the TV is broken. You need to carry your luggage up the stairs to use the elevator. The overall experience is very poor.

Due to flight delay I arrived at almost 12 o'clock The uncle at the counter was very kind and helped me switch to the window room (I booked a windowless room) The room is very comfortable, the bed is big, there is a separate toilet, there is no smell The only trouble was having to carry my luggage up a flight of stairs to get to the elevator The hair dryer is a bit weak Overall good Consider this for your next solo trip

In addition to the good service at the front desk and the good location, I stayed in room 517, and the experience was very bad as soon as I opened the door. I kept hearing some noises coming from somewhere in the room. The room was not very "clean"

The location of the hotel is convenient. There is a picnic as soon as you get downstairs. It is neat and comfortable. The service staff are very good. Recommended. If you want to come to Ximending, you can stay in this hotel. But you have to walk up one flight of stairs. People with too much luggage should think about it🤔

The aunt at the front desk is very warm and welcoming. The location is a bit difficult to find in the old Ximending building. You have to go up one flight of stairs to get to the elevator. The basic supplies are all in the room, but the bed is not very clean.
