Clean and big room. Daily cleaning and service recovery can be improved. Our toilet was clogged up and couldn't be used to shower because daily cleaning did not remove the hair. However hotel couldn't resolve the problem immediately at night as they didn't have engineering dept at work. There was also no service recovery for this incident.

The room is very impressive and warm, the location is in the middle and you can go anywhere (e.g. national taiwan museum, huashan creative park, etc) by bus with an acceptable time. Staffs are nice too. Afterall, this is a nice place to relax yourself in Taipei! Here is the view from the room.

The hotel location was super convenient as it was right behind the MRT station! The amenities provided were also very good. The room was super clean and we really enjoyed our stay there. Would book again if we go back to visit Taipei

Newly built hotel with contemporary architecture and interior design. Rooms are decent sized and nicely decorated. Great location, friendly staff, definitely one of the best hotels we’ve stayed in Taipei, highly recommended.

Excelent location with metro station, starbucks, MCD, convenient store within a few steps of walking distance. Will stay here during my next visit to Taipei.

This was my first trip to Taipei, and the Hotel Resonance was a great location, centrally located, easy access to the metro or pickup by Uber.
The accommodations are comfortable and all the light and window covering controls easy to manage; some hotels you need an engineering degree to operate.
I did have some issues with managing the television controls from the cellphone app but I really didn’t spend much time in the room.
When I left, a small item was left behind but housekeeping found it and it is being sent to me. Housekeeping, unsung heroes of harried travelers.

Just have 1 staff not really nice when she helped me to check in
She have no smile, seems not helpful, didn’t explain hotel facilities and can’t help me to late check out.

great location. just 1 min walk from MRT exit
room was neat and tidy
i can hear the guest next door closing doors or when they were making some noise in the early morning which would be a nuisance to me
