We had a fantastic stay at SweetMe Hot Spring Resort. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, perfect for relaxing after a long day. The front desk staff were exceptionally nice and helpful, making check-in and any requests smooth and pleasant. The hot spring itself was wonderful—soothing and rejuvenating. We also appreciated the convenience of nearby restaurants and massage services, which made the overall experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!

The hotel is very conveniently located right next to the Beitou Park, Public Library, Hotspring Museum etc. Super easy walk from Xinbeitou MRT station. Lots of food and supermarket nearby. The building is clearly dated, rooms probably need a bit of renovation but they have all the basic supplies. The hot thermal spring water bathtub is lovely and relaxing - just make sure you’re aware of the sulphur smell! The light switches in the room did not match the functions and some bulbs flickered a bit. The shower is for squatting or you have to use the showerhead when you stand. Free snacks in the room are a nice touch. We did not use the public spring services, just the private room. It was relaxing!

Hotel is 3 mins walk from station. There are many eating outlets nearby. Local fish market is within walking distance. There are public consensus for male and female. Room is spacious with onsen tub . Staff are very friendly and helpful particularly Mr Kuo Wei Ku and Rita Pan. Breakfast is 7 to 10 am and spread is decent BUT food is not replenished even though its only 8.30am eg bananas and yogurt.

Repeat stay. Convenient to take bus up Yangmingshan or opt to take cab. Hot spring inside the room is a plus. Near to local market + supermart. Staff are friendly and provide us with the information.

The Japanese-designed room was great! It was spacious. I don't speak much Mandarin, but there was a Cantonese translator, and the staff were excellent! They recommended places to eat and provided a taxi pick-up service, which was a nice extra touch. Everything was clean, and drinks and snacks were replenished daily! Definitely recommend it, though it is a bit old and lacks other facilities for entertainment.

It is actually near to the New Beitou train station. There are some convenient stores and Japanese drug store around. The trouble is when we were to change the station and Beitou station, you have to go down and go up again to another platform and the train to New Beitou train station has a waiting for about 10-15 mins. The room itself is superb. Free minibar. Front desk staffs are nice and friendly. There's direct hot spring water to the tub but because this is a sulphur based hotspring so you should expect some rotten eggs smell but not too bad! Breakfast is just fine. The fried noodle is yummylicious!

The hotel was very clean and the food was delicious. I only stayed one night, but I soaked in the hot spring bath three times. The hospitality of the staff was also impeccable. I would definitely like to return.

It’s a dated hot spring resort that requires some renovation. But I love the location right opposite beitou park. It’s just a short walk to beitou museum and thermal valley too! Breakfast veers more to Chinese food but the basic breads, fruits and cereal are available as well. We love their lu rou fan but sadly didn’t wake early enough and there was only miserable remnants of it. If breakfast isn’t included, there’s plenty of food options nearby with several international food stores available. Futon provided is on the thinner side. So if u aren’t used to hard surfaces, consider getting a room type with proper beds.

Service well exceeded my expectation. Thanks to the accommodation of Melissa (manager of night shift) who works to ensure that I could finish my ad hoc online meeting around check-out time, without interference. I would certainly recommend Sweetme to friends who would enjoy the ambience, excellent service & well-planned breakfast at the hot spring resort. Thanks for making my stay a memorable & very enjoyable, comfortable one.

Great location near the MRT station and in a lively area. The room itself is very spacious and we appreciated the small snacks and tea provided. The view from the room was also beautiful. I really enjoyed soaking in the private hot spring and looking out at the mountains. The resort hot spring was just okay for me, the cold pool could have been more cold and hot pool could have been more hot. I did enjoy the sauna though. The breakfast was simple but very good. The dishes included porridge, curry, and lots of vegetable options. There was also wide variety of drinks and fruit!

Hotel is conveniently located 3mins walk from xinbeitou mrt station. There are fast food restaurants and convenient stores to buy food and drinks downstairs.

Good location but pretty bad wifi

The hotel is very near train station, library and hot spring museum! Hotel is clean and room is clean and comfy. They also provide some lovely drinks and snacks in the room that made us feel refreshed after return hotel from hot day outside. Inside the room having a private hot spring tube. My family can enjoy it in the room. And the public one in hotel also clean and quiet. Recommended!

Quite an enjoyable stay other than a few hiccups. The hotel is not visible from Xin Beitou Station. First look out for Kentucky and follow it's direction, then check for Starbucks (Guangming branch), then 300m ahead, you will see this hotel. There are many routes near Station so was quite confusing. The hotel room is clean, bed is comfy with very good back support for me, provided 4 pillows which is wonderful. The room I was assigned to was a little noisy as it faces the main road. The sound proof was not too good for that room and periodically could hear water flushing sound. We managed to change to another room upon request. Hotel front desk customer service representatives were very friendly and helpful throughout. The hotel provides bottled drinking water and snacks (surprisingly it is tasty). Our in-room private onsen was satisfying. It's good for one person (big sized 🤣), water supply was strong and hot enough. Could adjust the hotness. Very comfortable. I like the fragrance of their shampoo and bodywash. It has warm toilet seat, very comfortable in the morning and during winter. Minus point is : washroom does not have enough railings to hang clothings so got to put on the washing basin side table which I don't like (just my personal preference). The bedside does not have any power socket so it is very inconvenient for phone charging at night. We forgot to bring our international adapter this round and we could borrow from the reception. WIFI in room is great! Location of hotel is moderate walk to Beitou Hotspring Museum, Green Museum and Thermal Valley. Surroundings has numerous eateries and cafe. Breakfast spread is acceptable. Quite a lot of variety to choose from. It is an old building with some parts probably unable to refurbish well. The in-door public onsen (lady) has a few pools, hot and cold, steam/sauna room. One of the pools has jacuzzi so I enjoyed the most in this pool. I visited in the late evening, so it was quiet with less than 10 pax in the facility.
