Sweetme Hotspring Resort Reviews

Booked a room with personal onsen in room. Everything was perfect. Walking distance to xin beitou station and thermal valley. Hotel receptionist on 29/11 night was very welcoming.

Best place to stay in Beitou, near to train station. We chose the futon bed..so comfortable. The hot spring in the hotel is clean. Will be my choice of hotel if I visit Beitou again in the future.

Looks exactly like advertised. Quite conveniently located, short walking distance to Xinbeitou MRT station and opposite Beitou garden which has the beautiful wooden structured library, and you can stroll all the way to the Thermal Valley. Room was quite large, pretty well maintained, but showing it's age and maybe needing some TLC. Breakfast was the high point of the stay, as we totally enjoyed the variety that was on offer. Service was pretty good as well, and staff was warm and friendly. The only issue we had was that the hot water from the sink and shower took quite some time to warm up, and the water pressure was almost non existent, so it took quite some time to shower or use the sink. Overall, recommended for its location, breakfast and the fact that there is a hot spring tub in each room.

Hotel is old but well maintained. Strategically located next to Bei Tou park and 5 min walk from the mrt. The highlight of the stay is definitely the 24 hour hot spring in the room. Breakfast is ok, but the variety needs to be improved.

We stayed here on the last day before coming back home. Staffs were really nice and friendly. The rooms looked like as we expected from the photos. The rooms need abit of renovation. Alot of stuffs are abit old. Some switches are broken. We still had a very good time with the hot spring bath.

It’s close to metro station and the service is pretty good. However, with the age of the hotel itself, furniture is old and old-styled. The lighting system isn’t user friendly and it’s not working well. Really need a good renovation to upgrade the hotel.

The photos are exactly what you see in the room. Beds are comfortable and full amenities provided. The public pools are clean. Good breakfast spread. Had a good time there.

Great location and good room

The room was very clean and decently spacious. The design of the bathroom allows you to have a separated shower with wooden floor. A variety of food for breakfast.

Room is big with a private hot spring bath in the toilet. Can feel that the hotel is dated, and some mold can be spotted. However, room is quite clean. Service is good but can be further improved.

The hotel was clean and neat. The staff is friendly. They even provide service to place luggage if you reach earlier and u need to walk around after check out. My room was provided with a private tub with hot spring water. The room is big and cozy for couples and all basic amenities provided with no worry. I will come back again if I visit here again. It is a wow stay here.

Just right outside xinbeitou station,within 3min walk,carrefour, watsin, starbucks, mcdonald all located same row and soooo convenient, room is spacious, love the private onsen and public onsen as well. Overall a very relax trip to Sweetme hotel, will definitely return

Super good location. 3 mins walk from the train station. Opposite Beitou Park, 5mins walk to Thermal Valley and Beitou hotspring museum. Carrefour supermarket and plenty of restaurants just beside it. Room is clean, free snacks and chinese tea provided. Hotspring inside the room is perfect, can enjoy anytime.
