特別好，老牌老派酒店，很氣派，管理挺好，房間保養很好衞生間非常乾淨沒有一點污漬，套房陽台很多，隔壁的天際房也能正面看101僅陽台小點性價比更好，東邊朝向看河看101看市景高速公路非常繁忙，很推薦圓山！很美

實在是豪邁氣派，工作人員也都很熱情，免費接駁車來回捷運站，離士林夜市也不遠，步行範圍內可以到達，精英天際客房可以看到城景。園苑金龍松鶴三大餐廳各有特色

Incredible hotel stay with something to look at everywhere you go. The view of Taipei is incredible. Every staff member we interacted with went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The lunch buffet was delicious, so much variety of food. Would highly recommend a stay or at least do the underground passage tour if you have the chance. I would certainly be back again!

經常到台北，第一次入住圓山大飯店，紅東東的色調，太吸引人了。每次捷運經過都會多看一眼。這次直接入住體驗非常不錯。雖然是無窗口的房間，一點都不會覺得透不過氣，房間也沒有味道，可見酒店很用心在管理房間。早餐特別豐富，吃個一小時都吃撐了。 可以參觀密道，這次去了東密道，付了500台幣，酒店前台附近的一個櫃枱可以預約。

總體來説很不錯，服務員都和諧可親。衹是地理位置沒那麼好，這是無法改變的，鼓勵加強交通工具管理。下次來台灣，會考慮再住進來。
