As part of ongoing improvements, some public areas like the gym are currently under renovation, and this has been noted in our booking notices—but we apologize if it wasn’t clear enough. Regarding the in-room coffee, we currently offer 3-in-1 sachets for convenience, but we understand it may not meet everyone’s preferences. We will forward your suggestion about providing sugar-free coffee options to our team for future consideration.Thank you once again for your comments—they help us improve.
