Very clean and convenient hotel. Although the room is not very big but is cozy. Near metro, food and attractions. Would definitely come back again. Given complimentary mineral water, snack and soft drinks. Business centre with free coffee too. However, shld have at least toothbrush given.

Location was perfect. Conviniently located in the middle of ximending, just infront of bus stop and train station. All their staffs were really friendly. Breakfast was good too! The King size bed was massive, water pressure good. WiFi strong! Will definitely be back!

Book a Deluxe Room and had a wonderful and pleasant 5nights stay at the hotel. Welcome by the hotel staff at the entrance. Check in is seamless and clear instructions from the front desk. We were served by Debbie, had asked her for info to get a local food origin from Yilan and she assisted to search the address for us to get it in Taipei. When the goods arrived at the hotel, they allowed us to store it in their freezer till the day we checked out. Every morning we were greeted by the staff at the entrance door. This makes our day. Breakfast is okays and there is washing machine/dryer to do your laundry except that it only has one, so you gotta go down early before other guests uses it. Cleanliness in the room is excellence and they clean the room everyday. I love the mobile stand in the toilet! We even have some clothes for the housekeeper to send for recycling. Not to mention the Location, its just a 1- 2mins walk from xmd station exit 6. I will definitely stay Westgate again if I travel to Taipei. Great Staffs, great housekeeping and great stay.

Old hotel but very well maintained in a great location. Rooms are small for the price though.

The location was the best part, but I was a bit disappointed with the limited breakfast options. The dining area was a bit small in the morning, but there are plenty of places to eat outside. The service was excellent, and the drinks in the fridge were all complimentary.

Strategic location, being a few minutes away from Ximen station. Warm hospitality from hotel team. Room is clean and cozy. Gym is small with only 3 machines and weights but good enough for 1 to 3 people at a time.

Had a great time staying there, conveniently located. There’s a stationary shop just beside, you can purchase food warmer bags if you are keen to take home your ah zhong mee sua.

This is the best hotel we have stayed in Ximending all these years. Location is so strategic with Ximending right below easy access via MRT exit 6. Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Free mini bar and snacks given. Room is modern and clean. Breakfast was good.

Very great location! Breakfast is fantastic, plenty of foods. Beef stew was so good. Only downside is when it time to check out, the light was turned off automatically so i cannot find anything in the room🤣

Awesome location, literally at Ximending. Room was clean and space size was alright. Staff was super friendly. The only thing that was rather disappointing is the breakfast spread, though great but has little variety.

I am so surprised that the hotel provided a birthday cake for my early birthday. Thanks! While the hotel is near station, and the room is clean!

Employees provided an excellent service and the hotel location is perfect. We really enjoyed our stay.
