It was convenient because it’s good location. The room was neat, too. I was satisfied.

I booked this hotel as it was in close proximity to Taipei Main Station. Their service is impeccable. I feel really comfortable staying here. Will definitely stay here with my family when we visit Taipei again.

Very close to Taipei Main Station (look for exit Z8) in which you can be easily connected to other locations. Room was clean. Lobby was very nicely done up. Good for families with children. They also have washing machines and dryers for NT50 each per use. Complimentary light bites provided in the afternoon (limited hours) in the lobby. Would recommend and stay again.

Clean and nice

Very unpleasant experience. My one year old toddler spilled some mango on their duvet and they unreasonably charge us a 1000 TWD cleaning fee. It is an accidental food stain. If they do not have room for such accidents, they should not market themselves as a kids friendly hotel. Also, I wanted to cancel my remaining night because of this. However, they took more than an hour to respond to the booking platform despite I was in the hotel waiting to check out. I already went out and they were alright with a “full refund” yet they would be charging me a 300 TWD / hour late fee . Out of convenience, I did not move out of this hotel. On a fair side, their rooms are clean although small for their price. Also, my toddler love their play area. However, they lack the understanding and empathy to a single mum tourist travelling with a young toddler. The front desk staff could be kinder and nicer. It is a nice boutique hotel in general but won’t be staying here in the future.

The hotel is near Taipei Main Station. There are many restaurants and convenience stores nearby. My friends and I went for a massage nearby. I think the location is convenient, and I highly recommend it if you have children who want to stay here. 

The nearest exit of the hotel is Taipei Underground Street Z8. You can see it as soon as you go up the stairs. The location is convenient. The toilets are separated from wet and dry. The rooms are small and medium-sized. It is recommended to choose a room with a window for more comfort. The hotel has facilities for children to play. It is recommended for families with children. You can choose this one😊

The hotel is conveniently located at the Z8 exit of the underground street (next to the stairs). If you have large luggage, you can go through the Shin Kong Mitsukoshi exit (with an elevator) and walk for about 2 minutes to get there. From 2pm to 4pm every day, there are snacks in the hotel lobby, which are delicious. The room is tidy and sanitary, the bathroom is clean, but you need to bring your own toiletries because the hotel no longer provides them. If you stay for more than 4 days, you can arrange a cleaning service with the front desk.

Very convenient, come again next time

It is only a few steps away from the entrance to the underground street, and you can walk directly to the train station MRT, high-speed rail and airport MRT, making travel very convenient.

The hotel will have afternoon tea snacks, and there are many types. Although the taste is average, the price/performance ratio is very high. The location of Tongmi Hotel is very good, right above Taipei Station.

It's close to Taipei Main Station. It's very convenient if you have to get up early the next day to take the train. There are free refreshments in the afternoon. Arranged to stay in a concierge room without a window. If transferred, an additional TWD 140 will be charged.
