CityInn Hotel Taipei Station Branch II Reviews

The hotel we stayed at on the first day was exceptionally clean and tidy. While the space was a bit small, it was still enough for two people and their luggage. They even provided free snacks, all of which I loved, haha! The service attitude was good, and the location was super convenient. It's only a few hundred meters from Taipei Main Station and also close to Zhongshan Station, making it easy to get anywhere. Plus, there are many great food options nearby, including a very short walk to Da Dao Cheng Braised Pork Rice.

Overall, it's not bad, but it feels slightly inferior to the Three Halls next door. There was construction during my stay, and I could hear water flowing sounds from the bathroom while sleeping. The soundproofing isn't great either. However, the service was good.

The hotel's location is good, close to Taipei Main Station, and Zhongshan Station is only a 10-minute walk away, which is quite convenient. However, the shower drain was a bit clogged and drained slowly. The hotel staff were very polite and helpful, even assisting with ordering Fuhang Soy Milk and other popular local souvenirs, which saved a lot of queuing time. I would choose to stay here again next time. 😊

Had a really wonderful stay at this hotel. The service we received was amazing! The staff were all friendly, helpful, and professional. There was a drinks & snack station in the lobby, where you can help yourself to some biscuits, coffee, and tea. Self-service laundry facilities and luggage storage were also available on-site. The room was very clean and comfortable. Housekeeping services was also provided daily. The hotel is also conveniently located within walking distance of both Taipei Main Station and Zhongshan Station, which made our travelling seamless! There was also a wide variety of dining options nearby, including a few highly rated food places! Would definitely stay here again if I visit Taiwan in the future.

Great stay at CityInn! The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly, polite, and very helpful. The hotel also provides free coffee, tea, and snacks. Guests can use a microwave, small oven, and dishes as well. Another nice touch is that the hotel can help order famous local breakfast and fresh soy milk from nearby shops. Highly recommended!

It's really small, but everything else is decent.

The renovated second building is very clean, the room is spacious, and the lighting is ample. The bathroom facilities are complete. The location of the second building is convenient, and the staff's attitude is top-notch. I will definitely come again next time!

Close to the Airport MRT station, within walking distance. I had informed them of my arrival time in advance so they could prepare, and the staff were very friendly. It was Chinese New Year, otherwise I would have ordered Fuhang takeaway. It's a short walk to Ningxia Night Market, Zhongshan, and Taipei Main Station. Although the hotel is a bit old, I found it very clean and would stay here again.

The hotel is quite central and the room was spacious, but the soundproofing was a bit poor. In the morning, guests talking loudly caused a disturbance. Food items that had already been consumed in the room were not cleared away and remained there until new guests checked in.

The hotel is very close to the station, making transportation convenient. There are fast-food restaurants and convenience stores nearby, so buying daily necessities is not an issue. The room is well-equipped and even offers snacks, while cup noodles are available in the lobby. Overall, the room is decent, but it's a bit old and had a slight odor upon entry. It would be even better if breakfast were provided.

This hotel is remodeling until the end of 2026, they said. The hotels' common area and room have a wet smell. I asked for a dehumidifier and got one. Next door is branch 3 and seems to be better. Branch is also larger.

Great hotel in the center of Taipei city. The room was very clean and all of the staff were super friendly. They speak good english too. The hotel offers free snacks and the laundry room is free of charge too. Highly recommend this accomodation in Taipei!

Good location. Convenient location. Lobby is well renovated and nice. Heard that they gonna renovate the rooms soon. Staff are friendly and polite. Will go back again.
