When my family arrived, the lobby was super crowded,(maybe due to new year) and a great place to take pictures. The room was quite big, but the toilet was quite dirty. The bathtub had brown stains, and the corners of the toilet were caked in mold. The hotel was connected to Taipei Main Station through Exit M6. There was a lift directly connected to room. We took a Tra train one stop to Rouhe night market, it was very convenient. Overall, Caesar Park Hotel Taipei was a nice place to stay in.

Location for this hotel is good as it’s just beside Wanhua TRA, Metro station just behind it which makes my family to travel around easily. Many great eateries nearby and mini marts too. Hotel room is good, daily room cleaning services with very polite cleaning staffs. Except that the aircon filter needs to be clean up as the dusts are trapped inside the room which can be seen on the bed headboard n mirror. Stayed for 6 nights and everything was great. Very helpful staffs at the reception n concierge counters to resolve our queries despite late night hours. The only dissatisfaction was that lady hotel staff manning beside the duty manager counter on Sunday 17/03/24 noon, we can visually witness her rolling her eyes with unhappy expression when her colleague informed her that we would like to do currency exchange.

We booked Sheraton because of its location and name. We booked King Bed, but when we got there they gave us 2 Twin Bed and made a King Bed out of it. They gave us a King Bed room the next day. For Honeymoon we only got 2 small Teabags and 2 small teddy bears. Worst Honeymoon Amenities ever. Breakfast was ok. Good enough. Lobby was too crowded. Restaurants was crowded from morning till evening.

Hotel is marvellous, room is spacious, enough for solo traveling. If the room were to have 2 luggage’s, i think there won’t be enough walking space in the room. Toiletbowl and showers are separated which is a good thing. A desk to eat, or do some work or planning for the next day. Bed is comfy and nice. Location is within a minute walk to Ximending. MRT station is just across the street within 2-3mins walk, very accessible.

We stayed here for 4 nights. Before commenting on the hotel, we wanted to share some of our own experiences with those who travelled to this hotel on their own. We arrived at the airport at about 5pm and went to the Flying Dog Bus counter as suggested by the Forum members. Based on the information we found, the bus was supposed to take us to the hotel or close enough to the hotel. But instead, we were told they would not take us to the hotel door until after six o'clock. Before 6 o'clock, they will only put guests on the designated bus route and then take a taxi to the location they are going to. In short, if you arrive at the airport before 5:30, then it is recommended to take the Guoguang bus. After the next time at the terminal (Taipei Central Station), take the MRT to Ximending. Pros: -The location is good. It takes only a few minutes to walk to the nearest MRT Ximending Station. -All rooms have free Internet access. Try using the wireless connection. If you don't have a network cable yourself, you can borrow one from the front desk. - Basic supplies: hairdryer, kettle, free bottled water and tea - very clean Cons - hotel entrance hidden in a narrow alley and easy to miss. Just look for the World Express pastry shop on the main road. There are huge neon lights on the top side of the hotel, which is useful when looking for it from a distance. - Shower and bathtub are integrated. As a business hotel, we expect them to install a shower curtain, but maybe they think it will cost too much. So you can imagine the mess after each shower. -No useful maps available. Those maps that could be used only marked the subway line, and there was no address information or anything like that. - the lighting in the room was poor. It was too dark for ladies who wanted to make up. -Close to a government building, so if you want to walk around naked in the room, it is recommended to close the curtains. -The front desk clerk doesn't seem to know much about the attractions. -Breakfast coupons are issued at the front desk every morning, dining at the fast food restaurant on the main road, just at the exit of the narrow alley. There are about four or five packages to choose from, but the two must be the same (for both of us)! That is so stupid! The food is not good either.

The buffet breakfast was in a spacious restaurant and had a decent variety of dishes. My favourite was the porridge and condiments. Nearby, there are convenient stores and also more shops underground leading to the trains, one of them is Mister Donut. The location was perfect for us. The hotel is just a couple of minutes away from Taipei Main Station and the pick-up point for day tour buses. The facilities and amenities were sufficient for us. The room was clean and comfortable, and had a view of Taipei Main Station. The staff at the front desk and restaurant were attentive, polite and helpful. I will choose Cosmos again when I visit Taipei again.

My experience at this hotel was a 10/10. I’m amazed by the great hospitality and the amenities of the hotel. The room was very comfortable and had an interesting Onsen design which I totally loved. Nothing like relaxing with a hot bathtub after a long day exploring Taipei 🤩. There’s a cute temple nearby which I’ll attach in the pictures below.

Hotel room was clean, breakfast was included in our package, and staff were very friendly and helpful. They offer some currency exchange (limited amount each day). They also arranged a taxi to the airport with an English speaking driver for when we checked out and provided us breakfast take-out boxes since we had to leave at 5am for our flight.

I made a reservation because I knew it was a new hotel. Unexpectedly, Exit 2 of Ximending MRT Station is right in front of the hotel, and Station 3 is just a 2-minute walk away from the hotel. There is an escalator at Station 3, which is more convenient for carrying luggage. The hotel provides free luggage locker temporary storage service, which is very considerate👍🏻The room environment is clean and tidy, the wet and dry bathrooms are separated, it feels Japanese-style and spacious, and it is electronically controlled intelligently, which is very convenient; the only reason is that it is new and the windows cannot be opened, so friends who live in the same room It smells so bad that it smells like new decoration, so the air freshener in the room needs to be turned on in advance.

Only stayed for one night. Booked it I think the night before or the same day. It’s cheap, for a private room with TV and bathroom. It’s quiet. The front desk, was very considerate at the time. The regular check-in is at 3pm, but she let me leave my stuff and go back at 12pm. That was only about an hour of waiting or even less. Just enough to have my breakfast. They have a pet cat, it’s the cutest thing ever. Basic necessities are there. Not really a downside for me, but it’s still good to know that you gotta take a 22-step stairs, to get into the elevator. It’s just how it is. It’s in a GREAT location though. Like before entering the elevator, it’s Mala Hotpot. Before taking the stairs, it’s Family Mart. And it’s located inside the Ximending night market area. I’d actually stay here again when I come back. If I’d need a private room versus dorm type. The only thing that needs improvement is cleaning the entire room: they haven’t cleaned the under bed really well. Like I was trying to look for my slippers, so I bent down and saw the previous disposable slippers are there too. False eyelashes. Dust. Hair. Used bottles. But if you think of it, why would you need the under bed cleaned anyway? Well at least for me. It’s not a super big deal. But I remember some people have allergies and this might trigger them. So yeah. It still needs to be improved on. And it might become source of insects, bed bags maybe? or whatsoever. Oh, and the electric pot wasn’t that clean as well. I think we shouldn’t normalize that regardless if it’s not being used often by every guest. I to use the water dispenser outside(which defeats the purpose of having your pwn kettle in your room right). Overall, I’d still stay here for the sake of cheap price, quiet environment and its location.

This is my first time in Taiwan and I am attracted by the characteristics of the hotel online. We stayed at the airport in the middle of the night, and the reception staff was very kind to introduce us. Although the room is not big, it is very tidy and clean. It would be better if the room could provide some chairs. I really like the puzzle card paper posted by others in the hotel, which makes the hotel add more features. The room cleaning staff was very attentive, even the wheels of the luggage were wiped clean for me. I like the ”mini bar” in the basement, there are many delicious Taiwanese snacks and instant noodles. The breakfast at the CHO cafe is also delicious~ I will definitely stay at the hotel again next time I come to Taiwan, and I hope to see the puzzle I painted again.

The cleanliness of the hotel room is such a disappointment. The bathroom wall grouting & silicon was moldy, and spider webs were in the room. The TV and aircon vent were super dusty. The aircon, even off, was extremely cold. The overall cleanliness is terrible, with noticeable dust accumulating in several areas. It was disappointing and not up to the hygiene standards one would expect from a hotel room. To make matters worse, the cleanliness issues persisted even after the room was supposedly cleaned. The bathroom grouting remained moldy, spider webs lingered, and the attendant neglected to vacuum away the hairs on the floor. The bed has insects, indicating a lack of thorough cleaning. This consistent neglect of hygiene standards throughout my stay was disappointing and unacceptable. This lack of attention to detail further emphasized the subpar cleanliness standards, contributing to an unsatisfactory stay.

Located in the Ximending business district, the living function is quite convenient, the service staff is very kind, whether you enter or leave the counter, you are very warm to say hello, the environment is clean and tidy is very commendable, the whole hall can be said to be ”the window is bright and clean”, there are counter staff 24 hours a day, The hotel is in the alley. Although it is located in the Ximending hiking area, it is a few meters away, but it does not feel noisy. Maybe it is because the floor is relatively high when the house is in the house, but when you go out from the lobby on the first floor, you can't actually feel that this is Ximending. The room type booked this time should be regarded as an ”executive suite”. The desk, coffee table, sofa, dry and wet separation bathroom, toilet and personal reservation focus (hemu bathtub). I was shy and asked the service staff ”I didn't eat enough, can I order another one” ”Yes, what kind of food do you want?”, accompanied by a smile throughout the whole process, and I can patiently explain that I need to wait for a while for the current meal. I immediately moved the score and added a lot of points. Services are mostly the same. Service that satisfy customers is important, but service that impresses customers is often unavailable. When visiting Ximending in the future, the ”Energy Hotel Ximending” is definitely my first choice.

Saw pretty good reviews and booked this hotel. Was overall pleased with the cleanliness. Location wise was also ok, take Exit 5 from Ximen station. as we came with two huge luggage, we had to take the lift at Exit 6 instead. I have booked a total of 3 nights in this hotel. We have encountered some confusion during the check in as the hotel renamed recently from Hedo to Le Room, and the room size or features of the room we booked initially. Nevertheless, we appreciated the hotel staff gave us a free upgrade during our stay. Perhaps there is renovation works going on in the building or around the building, they provided us a set of ear plug and I believed the complimentary breakfast was provided for the compensation. Nice breakfast spread. Strong connection for their Wifi. However, their pillow is too soft for me. Air con is not consistent, sometime in the middle of the night, the temperature may be a bit too warm for me. The water pressure is strong but sometimes the water suddenly become cold for 1-2sec. Overall, I would still recommend this hotel as the location was strategic. Walking distance to Ximending and exit z10 to the underground mall. The staff is also quite patience and able to compromise our request

We have been here for 7 days, staying here for 7 days, so it's not difficult to find, get out of MRT Ximen Gate 6, turn left and you will see a tall building. Walking to the side, there will be a walkway. Walk to see the elevator on the right hand side. Take the elevator to check in on the 5th floor where we have stayed on this floor. We choose to have 2 single beds, in which someone comes to clean every day. There are 2 bottles of drinking water per day. In the room there is a hair dryer, shampoo, shower cream, toothpaste, toothbrush, dental floss, cotton brush, comb, refrigerator, quite complete. The bathroom is provided, but the overall picture of the room is quite old. but not humid Overall, it's very ok, convenient to travel, affordable price. There is no breakfast here, but on the 3rd floor they have shabu in case anyone is interested in going down to eat. Walking to Carrefour is very easy. Just walk straight
