The location of the hotel is very convenient, with the mall downstairs and local eateries within walking distance. Will stay in this hotel if we need to come back to taiping."

"I really enjoyed staying here — it’s very family-friendly and great for kids. The house and room were very comfortable, clean, tidy, and spacious. The room has 3 queen-sized beds, all thick, soft, and super comfortable — honestly, I didn’t feel like getting out of bed! The bathroom is inside the room and even comes with a bathtub. Water pressure is strong, making everything very convenient. The kitchen is shared and fully equipped, including a washing machine and dryer. Parking is also very spacious and easy. The air conditioning was nice and cold even though the room is big. The service was excellent — all my questions were answered quickly. Thank you for the great service. I will definitely stay here again for my next trip!"

"The hotel location is good, near to town. However, the toilet, bed and bedsheet are really need to be changed/ refurbished, especially the toilet, the tiles look so dirty with stain and water marks. Bedsheet and the bed are very old, I have backache after a night sleep and I felt my skin is itchy. Air conditioner in the room also not working very well. Overall, it is time to refurbish the hotel."

"Its a very old hotel which needs to upgrade or have better maintenance. The carpet in the room is so old you feel more comfortable wearing your slippers when inside the room. The door can't even close properly. The hot water is practically not existent ."

"We have enjoy the stay well, just the cleanliness need to improved further. We found bird **** on bedsheet for room for 6 ppl. 3 sparrows were found inside the house. The room aircond also make loud sound during night time, disturbing our sleep. Apart from that, overall is ok. The house have large space for gathering and play."
