The room was perfect and very clean for my family! The beds were very comfortable. The staff was also friendly and helpful whenever I had any questions and offered to help with services that required a China phone number since I had an international one. The breakfast was good too. The location is great as it was in the shopping plaza/right next to the mall which was very convenient.

More than 10 years ago, I stayed in Taishan Gaoye Hotel and was impressed by this hotel. It is a well established, well equipped hotel and within walking distance to the pedestrians mall and shops. I highly recommended this hotel for its convenience. It will be great if the lighting in the room are adjustable as it is a bit dark in my allocated room. The WC has better lighting than the room itself. I will still return to this hotel when I’m in Taicheng.

The hotel service was fantastic! We requested a refrigerator and a desk in advance, and they had everything perfectly arranged for us even before check-in. We were genuinely touched when we opened the door. The hotel breakfast was generous and served until 10:30 AM, which is perfect for late risers like us. We'll definitely be back for our next summer holiday!

We booked an apartment for our road trip to Taishan. The three bedrooms were just right; the unit was spacious with four bathrooms in total (three bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom, plus another bathroom in the living room). No need to fight for the toilet or shower! The rooms were clean and tidy, the furniture was new and not worn, and the soundproofing was excellent. Although the hotel is in the city center, we couldn't hear any cars passing by at night; it was very quiet. The room had a small terrace with a great view at night. We were all very comfortable and satisfied with our stay. The hotel is next to a pedestrian street, which is very lively with food stalls for late-night snacks and shopping. After dinner, you don't have to stay cooped up in the hotel; you can stroll around. As for the service, we were only staying one night in Taishan on our road trip, so we didn't have any special needs. However, I felt the front desk staff were friendly, polite, and always smiling. I stayed on a Sunday, and the room was not expensive, only around 1,000 yuan, which was a little over 200 yuan per person. It also included free breakfast and free parking. Even if it wasn't a great deal, it was still very affordable.

This marks my second trip to Taishan recently, and I opted for this hotel again. It's a newly opened property, so it's spotlessly clean. The rooms are equipped with a fridge and a washing machine, which is perfect for someone like me who prefers not to handwash laundry. I'm not a big fan of communal laundry rooms found in some other hotels, so the convenience of being able to do my laundry right in my room here is a huge plus. What's even better is the drying rack by the window – an incredibly thoughtful touch! And the price is very reasonable, too. Absolutely fantastic!

The hotel is relatively new as compared to some of the other ones in the neighborhood. The room we booked was nice and clean. Unfortunately, they don’t have a fridge in the room which is inconvenient. The breakfast included was plentiful but quality is mediocre. But, this is no complaints considering this used to be a rural area of Kaiping. There are a few variety stores in close proximity that you can get some fruits and drinks so that is good. Will stay there again next time.

It's been almost ten years since I last visited Taishan to see family, and I was really surprised by how much it's changed! The integrated shopping mall is excellent, with a great range of facilities and a diverse selection of stores. You can find everything from nail salons, hair and beauty treatments, to coffee shops and bubble tea, catering to all sorts of needs for those returning from abroad. The front desk staff were absolutely wonderful; they helped me with taxis, recommended great restaurants, and I loved the room they arranged for me. Highly, highly recommend!

Grand hotel that has seen better days. Room is dark and musty. Signs of damage to wall and ceiling. Breakfast is on lower end and nearly the same variety everyday. Asked to be given room facing away from park. Otherwise very noisy but noise did promptly stop at 10pm. One day we were out and windstorm occurred. Returned to hotel and found someone had fetched our belongings from the balcony back into the room without asking. Very impressed by this attention. Thank you.

This hotel has a good location, many locals say it is popular due to this as well. The hotel room door had a security measure that if left slightly opened, would sound an alarm. The hotel breakfast was good and had much variety. We stayed at the top floor which was level 15. I uploaded a picture of the nice view

The newly opened 5.0 series at Ji Hotel is incredibly cost-effective, especially for a hotelier like myself (and a perfectionist with a penchant for cleanliness)! The environment is clean and tidy, the overall style is elegant and comfortable, and there's a subtle, unique fragrance in the public areas! I slept very well in the bed in my room, and the complimentary tea was excellent! The self-service laundry and dryer on the 16th floor is very convenient, and clothes came out clean! The cleaning staff were very nice, and the receptionist was very friendly. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay. Happy! 😁
