The staff was also friendly and helpful whenever I had any questions and offered to help with services that required a China phone number since I had an international one. The breakfast was good too. The location is great as it was in the shopping plaza/right next to the mall which was very convenient.

Nice bathrooms, japanese style automatic toilets. Simple okay buffet breakfast, fresh coffee, mostly Chinese style breakfast. Our family had a good time. Booked a double for us and a twin room for the kids. There is a bit of a music bass noise in the evening due to next door night club. Was mentioned in the booking. No real problem for us. We enjoyed the giant modern Chain mall a short drive away for dinner and shopping. The old city centre is also good for meals and the sights.

The integrated shopping mall is excellent, with a great range of facilities and a diverse selection of stores. You can find everything from nail salons, hair and beauty treatments, to coffee shops and bubble tea, catering to all sorts of needs for those returning from abroad. The front desk staff were absolutely wonderful; they helped me with taxis, recommended great restaurants, and I loved the room they arranged for me. Highly, highly recommend!

It is convenient for shopping, dining and attractions. The hotel has luxurious interior decoration and elegant atmosphere. The lobby is spacious and bright, giving people a feeling of being at home. The rooms are spacious and tidy, the beds are comfortable, the bedding is soft and clean, the bathroom is clean and tidy, the front desk receptionist has an excellent attitude, everyone is warm and thoughtful, with a smile on their face, the check-in and check-out procedures are quick, and any needs can be responded to and resolved in time. The breakfast is rich in variety, combining Chinese and Western, the ingredients are fresh, and the taste is very good. The restaurant environment is elegant and the meal is very pleasant. In short, this is a very pleasant stay experience and is highly recommended to all travelers!

GGuest UserEverything about your hotel was excellent, but my check-out experience yesterday left me utterly displeased! I had explicitly arranged for a late check-out until 3:00 PM as one of my entitled benefits. Yet, around 1 PM, a front desk attendant called to inquire if I wished to extend my stay. I informed her that I wouldn't be extending and would be checking out. I proceeded to check out at 2:03 PM and departed. What truly shocked me was that while I was waiting for the elevator, I distinctly overheard your front desk attendant, seemingly unaware I was still within earshot, mocking me in a local dialect with a colleague. Her exact words were, 'Looks like she's got boiling water under her feet, doesn't she?' This incident makes me seriously question whether your staff management truly instills professional etiquette. Do your employees show basic respect to ordinary guests? Is there a fundamental lack of moral education? If the answer to all these questions is negative, then perhaps it's time for a serious re-evaluation of your staff's positions and a thorough adjustment of their roles.

TTiChattonThe location was very convenient, right off the highway and by a big shopping mall with a cinema and restaurants. There's also an EE bus to and from Hong Kong for added convenience that departs from this mall. The room is clean, the bathtub is for photo only - non-functional. Despite the construction noise sign, I got a room on floor 6 and barely heard the construction. I enjoyed my stay here, the room was cleaned everyday and amenities topped up. Washing detergent is provided and the washing machine is great! Could provide clothing clips in addition to the hangers to dry smaller garments like socks and underwear. Very nice and large projector TV screen.
5/5 - no complaints.
