民宿酒店不可能樣樣都好，橋苑酒店就是這樣：設施很新，衞生良好，門口也方便停車，能滿足自駕遊客人的基本要求。
電視機常年不用，看不了新聞。早餐沒有固定的時間，根據客人需要，及時給你做。但是比較簡單，僅僅是一碗麪條（加荷包蛋），北方人口味重，想要點下飯的鹹菜都沒有。

去年底開的民宿，設施新。外觀裝修類同賓館，乾淨清新。民宿主人一家熱情友善，介紹景點和用餐的地方。位置極佳去卿橋景區步行5分鐘左右。早餐幾個小菜，雞蛋和粥包子，比較樂胃。房間裏的設施還有提升空間。

由於是新酒店，環境衞生程度還可以，但是隔音效果太差，過道有一點走動説話聽的一清二楚，由於是二樓外面動物水聲也響個沒完，一晚上沒睡個好覺，早餐也非常的爛，這個價格早餐就給了一個白饅頭雞蛋玉米，連杯喝的豆漿都沒有，白饅頭根本難以下嚥，整體來説，不建議入駐

春節旅遊回程經過泰順定的民宿。前台服務熱情。設施有點舊了，但是整體乾淨衞生。離廊橋景區很近，走過去5分鐘，整體推薦！
