Traveller Inn Book Haus

The space is quite comfortable, clean, and bright. We checked in after 7 PM, and the self check-in was convenient, with clear instructions from the staff. They also offer bicycle rentals, which is super handy for getting to Tiehua Village and the night market. The room's floor space is a bit small, just enough to open one carry-on suitcase. It's perfect for light travelers. If you have two or more suitcases or large bags, it might feel a bit cramped. A minor drawback is the poor soundproofing; the partition walls are quite thin.

The hotel offered absolutely no service; check-in was self-service. They left a key in the mailbox by the door (but didn't notify me beforehand, so I didn't know I was there). I waited at the door for half an hour, but no one opened it, and I couldn't answer phone calls or emails. The sheets had some stains and weren't very clean, and the towels were old and had lint... The free bicycles were a plus. In conclusion, I won't stay here again.

There is no elevator, and the indoor shoe storage area has been taken over (I didn't know who to contact to deal with it after discovering it that day).
