Reception staff not knowledgeable about local transportation and sight seeing options. No tourist brochures in the lobby. Pool not heated. No regular sugar in the restaurant, only brown rock sugar. Mainly ********* style breakfast.

We had a wonderful stay in the hotel, staff is very friendly and helpful, the pool and view is amazing. Only topic to improve is to let the people eat and drink at the pool bar to enjoy the views as this bar isn’t open and nothing served.

We stayed in a very clean and comfortable double deluxe room on the 6th floor. Bed was maybe a little hard, but still cosy thanks to the fantastic duvet. Our room had a decent view towards the mountains in the north-west. We paid the small extra charge for buffet breakfast when booking, and were satisfied with the choices of food available. Breakfast is taken on the 10F, and this restaurant has nice views towards the ocean.

The hotel was ok. Not all the staff members were able to speak English but they were attentive. Rooms are normal, not very big, the cleaning of rooms is not super great, it could be improved. Gym very small, swimming pool with weird opening times.
