Hampton by Hilton Taizhou Taixing

The hotel environment is comfortable. Xiao Xu at the front desk was very enthusiastic and even gave us a small gift. Highly recommended!

Good value for money, and the hotel is quite new with a decent breakfast. The facilities are a bit lacking, though. The basement parking spots are poorly laid out, and it's not friendly for EV owners.

The room was non-smoking and quite clean, with good space. Breakfast was also plentiful. There's a swimming pool and a gym, which are nice for some leisure time. The only downside is that parking spaces are a bit scarce, making it a little difficult to park.

The breakfast was varied and delicious. The room was on a higher floor, so it was quiet. The price was also quite reasonable. You could choose a non-smoking floor, and in the evening, you could take a walk along the nearby canal. Check-out and invoicing were quick.

The room facilities were clean and comfortable, and the service was warm and welcoming. I was very satisfied.

The service was worse than a budget hotel. I asked for children's toiletries, and they didn't bring them for half an hour. I had to call three times before they finally delivered them, very slowly. The next day, I asked for just the toiletries and trash bags to be replaced, but when I came back in the afternoon, they still hadn't been. Breakfast was so crowded; I had to stand and wait for a long time for a table. If you go later, many dishes are already gone. I definitely won't be coming back. Plus, the pool doesn't even open until 2 PM.

This is our go-to hotel every time we visit Taixing. The environment is clean and tidy. The parking attendant is very dedicated and always guides us to available spots. The housekeeping staff is also very prompt in replenishing amenities for extended stays. The swimming pool is fantastic too. Five-star rating!

The rooms and service were both great. Even during the peak holiday season, the service quality remained high. The gym was also very professional.
