這幾年來最差的一次住宿體驗，真是不知道4+的評分是怎麼來的。 這次帶着小朋友五一回去探親，是衝著評分和攜程上展示的親子房的圖片訂的這家酒店。進房間小朋友就説好難聞的味道，一股異味撲鼻而來，映入眼簾的是一個很破舊的房間，小朋友吐槽了一句就很期待的在房間裏找小童設施（攜程圖片上是有小童帳篷，小桌椅和娃娃的），結果房間裏除了一大一小兩張床，啥也沒有，管這個叫家庭親子房？打電話到前台問給到的回答是這個房間就是沒有帳篷的，就是兩張床，我就説攜程展示的圖片是有的，前台又改口説不是每個親子房都有帳篷小童設施的，説要不給房間多送兩瓶礦泉水吧!❓❓❓這算什麼操作，跟前台反覆交涉後説跟經理反應一下，過了大約十分鐘，一個酒店阿姨拖着一個小帳篷帶着幾個娃娃來房間佈置了，合著不是沒有，是懶得佈置。帳篷比較破，娃娃臟兮兮的，有一個還是破的，都開線了，直接被我放在了一邊不讓小朋友碰，阿姨還沒離開門口小朋友就從帳篷裏翻出來一個喝過的酸奶殼!真不知道這些東西是從哪個角落裡給找出來給佈置上的!後來發現房間沒有小童用品，又打電話給前台，回答説沒有，我也已經不想再去跟他們溝通了，後來躺在沙發上竟然看到了沙發套上有鼻屎和鼻涕!好一陣噁心，也懶得去跟酒店反應了，因為根本是得不到有效迴應的，想着就住一晚忍忍就過去了。第二天帶着小朋友酒店吃早餐，6點45到的餐廳，所有的食盒都是空的，衹剩幾片麪包和三大鍋粥，我問服務員那些空了的還會添加嗎，答曰沒有了，都吃完了，我説酒店早餐不是到9點半嗎？答曰今天人太多了，好完美的理由。就這早餐小童收費58元，明明可以搶卻還是給了幾碗粥的。 不是一個喜歡寫點評的人，好的就默默記在心裏，下次有機會繼續住。不好的也不會太差，睜一衹眼閉一衹眼也就是了。但這次是真的忍不住了，希望對訂房間喜歡看評級的網友有一些幫助，避坑!避坑!避坑!

這麪的客房阿姨態度真好，出來玩最起碼沒受氣，五一高速太堵了，臨時下來找的酒店，這個價位很不錯了
