Great service, great food, great stay, great transportation, great fun – everything was great!

This Hanting Hotel is truly excellent. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful and patient. There's a hot water dispenser at the front desk, which we used every day. It saved us the trouble of boiling water ourselves. The breakfast was also quite varied and offered more choices than other Hanting Hotels. The food looked appealing and tasted great too.

No aircon during March stay. No fan to loan out. However, good service provided from front reception staff (lady) with black spectacles. Appreciate her for the change to another airy room with windows having outside after our feedback.

Location is absolutely unbeatable! The hotel is in a prime spot, within walking distance to all the attractions, shopping, and great food. Stepping out, you're right by the subway entrance, making exploring the city a breeze and saving tons of time and energy.

Booked this hotel through Trip.com, and it was a few dollars cheaper than booking directly. The room's orientation wasn't great; opening the window just revealed an air shaft, so there wasn't much natural light. The staff were exceptionally friendly and offered to switch my room. However, since I was only staying for one night, I decided not to bother. The place was clean and tidy, and despite being very close to the train station, it was surprisingly quiet. It's a shame I didn't take any photos at the time.

The location is super convenient, right in front of the East Square of the South Station. It's very clean. It can be a bit noisy downstairs, but it's fine for sleeping at night. The service is great and the breakfast is good too. It's an excellent choice if you're traveling by high-speed rail.

Service was great and location is just a 2 min walk from the high speed train station and subway, which was perfect as we were catching a very early train out. Do note that we had a room facing the train station and main thoroughfare road in front of the station so there was quite a bit of honking and traffic noise, especially in the daytime. However, for us this wasn’t an issue. For those who are particular about a quiet room, you might want to request for a room towards the back of the building, away from the road.

Excellent! The location is super convenient, especially for high-speed rail travelers. The room was clean, and the front desk staff were really nice, particularly the young lady who checked me in on the morning of the 18th – she was incredibly warm and helpful, always ready to assist! Very heartwarming!

Perfect location , very close to Taiyuannan high speed train station , metro and airport bus in walkable area. You can see the hotel immediately while going up from metro exit. Room is very clean, comfy bed, good breakfast. There are internet cafe, minimart and restaurant at the first floor of the hotel

Great for anyone looking for a clean and comfortable stay located right near Taiyuan South station. An excellent value with friendly and helpful front desk staff!

Very good, clean, and friendly staff

Excellent hotel. Highly recommend this hotel if you will be using railway especially in early morning or late night, as it is just located beside the exit of Taiyuan South Railway station. The hotel is clean, and reception is very friendly. The breakfast was also amazing.
