Rezen Select Wanda Baihe Hotel Taiyuan

This stay far exceeded my expectations, with the hotel's overall ambiance being the biggest and most delightful surprise of my trip. The lobby is spacious and grand, with a simple yet luxurious decor. Coupled with the gentle fragrance and soothing music, the moment I stepped in, my travel fatigue instantly melted away. The public areas feature beautifully arranged greenery, are spotless, and completely clutter-free. There are cozy seating nooks everywhere, making waiting for check-in very relaxing. The hotel is exceptionally quiet, with excellent soundproofing – I couldn't hear any outside noise at all. The guest room had superb natural light and ventilation, was spacious and airy. The soft furnishings were simple yet stylish. The entire room was meticulously clean; there wasn't a speck of dust on the windowsills or in the corners. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, and toiletries were well-stocked. Opening the window revealed an expansive view of the meticulously landscaped greenery below, lush and vibrant, with fresh air – perfect for an evening stroll. The hallways were clean and odor-free, and all facilities were well-maintained. The staff were warm, attentive, and handled check-in efficiently and quickly. The bedding was soft and gentle on the skin, ensuring a wonderful night's sleep. The overall environment is serene, elegant, clean, and comfortable, making it ideal for both leisure travel and business stays. For its price range, the environment is definitely among the best, offering excellent value for money. I would choose this hotel again for my next trip and wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone.

The room was clean and comfortable, and the price was reasonable. Upon entering the lobby, there was a heartwarming tea and coffee bar, along with ancient carvings. The breakfast was delicious and featured specialty dishes like lamb offal soup and knife-cut noodles. The service was excellent. It's an ideal choice for our business trips.

Booked this for my family. The room was excellent, spacious and bright, comfortable and tidy, very clean. There were tables and chairs by the window with a great view. The facilities were also very complete. The staff helped with luggage and had a fantastic attitude.

I just checked out, and why wasn't I informed about the lobby renovation? When I first walked in, I thought it was a construction site. The decor is dated. While the price was cheap, I still have to wonder how this hotel got a four-star rating. Is it just because it has a gym?

The hotel is generally older, but it's still clean and well-maintained. It's about a two-kilometer walk from the gourmet district, so it's a bit of a stretch to say it's neither too close nor too far. My favorite part was the friendly staff. My only complaint was that the breakfast wasn't as varied or high-quality as I'd hoped.
