百聞不如一見，服務太熱情了吧，有歡迎水果和銀耳湯很具有山西特色，晚上回來後還給送了蜂蜜水，環境很不錯啊，不像是舊的，看得出來很用心，又給準備一次性的洗臉巾和浴巾，值得推薦

酒店房間乾淨整潔舒適，細節很到位，有很多驚喜和感動：
1，入住後酒店提供免費六種小吃，三位隨心享服務員在短時間做了四種太原小吃，美味可口。
2:晚上提供的一次性浴缸套和玫瑰浴鹽質量很不錯。
3，早歺品質很高，種類繁多且中西和壁，特別是歺廳服務員王闖平幾乎是一刻不停地為大家介紹各種太原特色美食，熱情中充滿了真情。
4，前台服務小裴入住時第一時間提供酒店各項服務指南，並提前安排好第二天的送機時間，耐心周到。
5，送機前又貼心地送了兩個蘋果，寓意我們的旅行平平安安。
真誠的感謝麗華酒店和為我們提供服務的所有工作人員，也真心希望以後能有機會再會。

首先要説的是，早餐真真是好，品種繁多，中西結合，還有很多山西的本地特色口味，特別是餐廳的小夥王闖平隨時介紹山西的特色，看得出來愛家鄉、愛酒店啊。酒店在汾河岸邊的新區，設施完善，房間較大，温馨舒適，停車很方便。酒店還提供免費小食飲料，對帶小孩的旅客挺友好的，總之是賓至如歸。

設施：雖然裝修有些跟不上現在的審美，但是可以看出酒店在盡力彌補不足，太原對我一南方去玩的人來説太乾了，房間裏都備了加濕器和空氣凈化器
衞生：很乾凈整潔，打掃很專業
環境：整體來説很温馨，我的房間看不到街景，也問過可不可以換在可以看到街景的一面，酒店會講街景一面有些吵，也會很熱，讓我們自己選擇需不需要更換
服務：酒店的服務很完美，服務人員態度都很熱情，大堂經理安國強積極處理我提出的早餐要求，我到太原看周傳雄演唱會，沒想到酒店還有各種應援活動，很感動

冀師傅和吳師傅的接機服務讓我瞬間破防！提前半小時舉牌等候，主動幫忙搬行李，路上貼心介紹太原風土人情，甚至連汾河夜景的最佳觀景點都一一告知。師傅們全程微笑，還備了礦泉水和濕巾，舟車勞頓的疲憊一掃而空！
2. 前廳部石寶平：把客人心思“讀透”
辦理入住時，石寶平小姐姐一眼看出我帶着長者，主動升級了安靜房型，還送來養生茶和定製版太原旅遊地圖。更暖心的是，她留意到我咳嗽，深夜值班時竟端來一壺冰糖雪梨湯！這種“無痕關懷”真的戳中淚點。
