This hotel is incredibly convenient for its proximity to the airport, and the breakfast is a great value – adding it on was really cheap! The noodles were tasty too~

The room was very spacious and bright, and the front desk service was excellent. The hotel's location near the South Station and the airport makes transportation very convenient, and there's free parking available. The lobby even has a cute little robot that delivers takeout for free, which is a great touch. This hotel is an excellent choice for business travelers. I would definitely choose to stay here again next time, and the front desk service was particularly nice.

After an 8-day trip in Shanxi, primarily staying at domestic hotel brands, we chose to return to Hyatt for our last stop. As always, it was clean, spacious, and comfortable. We booked two rooms, and the front desk agent was professional and enthusiastic, kindly upgrading us to a suite for free. The two rooms could even be connected! It was a fantastic experience! The hotel also offers a complimentary airport drop-off service, and both the car and the driver were excellent. Five-star recommendation!

The hotel proactively upgraded our room, allowing me to enjoy the views of Taiyuan. The room was clean, tidy, spacious, and comfortable. The hotel's location is also very close to the airport, just a 10-minute drive away. The airport transfer service was punctual and courteous. It's truly the best choice for a trip to Taiyuan.

I loved the decor style; I initially thought that since it opened in 2020, the decor might be a bit old, but upon arrival, I saw that the hotel is exceptionally well-maintained and still looks very new. The public areas were clean and odorless, the room had good lighting, the bed was soft and tidy, the bathroom was dry, items were neatly arranged, facilities worked properly, hot water was stable, and the soundproofing was good, so I wasn't bothered by hallway noise. The location is convenient for getting around, with easy access to dining and shopping. It's close to a residential area, with options like BBQ and Mixue, and there are also small supermarkets, making it very convenient to buy things. It's also very close to Taiyuan South Railway Station and Wusu Airport. The overall service was thoughtful and not perfunctory, showing the hotel's great care in every detail. I will prioritize choosing this hotel again when I visit the area next time, and I will actively recommend it to friends and family traveling. It's truly a reliable choice for everyone; every aspect was highly satisfying with no disappointments, and the experience was excellent!
