Ruiting Business Hotel (Taiyuan Datong Road Taigang West Gate Branch）

The hotel environment is great, the rooms are spacious and clean, and the bathroom has a separate wet and dry area. Plus, parking is free. It was a really good experience! Highly recommended.

The hotel service was very attentive, making our stay comfortable from check-in to check-out. The room environment was quiet and pleasant, with complete facilities, including a portable toilet. It's a business-friendly hotel, very convenient for work, and offers free parking. The breakfast spread was comprehensive, with both Chinese and Western options.

The front desk lady was so sweet and considerate when we checked in, and she even upgraded our room for free! There are plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. The parking lot is shared, and the hotel has a washing machine and dryer. I'll definitely be back next time!

The hotel has a great atmosphere, very quiet surroundings, and attentive service. The staff are enthusiastic, and they even gave us two bottles of water at checkout. It's a really good hotel in Jiancaoping District. The rooms are clean and tidy. Highly recommend!

I didn't feel good. There was cigarette ashes on the floor after I entered the room. I forgot to take a photo. It felt like it was just a small flaw. However, I clearly had the right to delay check-out and confirmed the result with the front desk. 12. He still called me to urge me to check out. Fortunately, I had to leave as well. Forget it, the front desk did not provide this service even though I clearly have the right to upgrade to a room. I hope that if it is a four-star hotel, it can improve the level of its individual service staff. After all, one of the criteria is to provide excellent service. ~But the bathroom is quite spacious and clean.

Clean, tidy and quiet! 😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀
