The room was spotless and very tidy. It was snowing the day I arrived in Taiyuan, and the view from the room was beautiful. The facilities are brand new, and the location is excellent, with plenty of restaurants nearby. If you want to take a stroll, Zhonglou Street is within walking distance and has a night market. You don't need to bring many toiletries as shampoo, shower gel, and conditioner are all provided. The breakfast was also good. Highly recommend!

The room was cozy and comfortable. The front desk staff, especially the lady who helped us, was very thoughtful. Knowing we were from the south, she even arranged for a humidifier. We were very satisfied with our stay.

Booked a room last minute during the off-season in Shanxi (winter). The manager kindly upgraded our room for free, and overall, it was excellent. A highlight was the selection of 4 different tea bags, especially the chrysanthemum and Luo Han Guo tea, which was a lifesaver in dry Shanxi! They even provided a humidifier, which was a thoughtful touch 👍. The security guard was very helpful with parking, and Hui Juan provided warm and attentive service. Next time I'm in Taiyuan, Wuzhou will definitely be my first choice! 👍

The room relies on a smart speaker for lighting control, which requires calling out the exact name of each light; otherwise, it won't turn off. This was a bit inconvenient. The air conditioning's preset temperature wasn't high enough, so it was a bit cold when we first entered the room, but it warmed up quickly. Breakfast was excellent as always. Xin Yi's service was very good, and the security staff were very responsible. Overall, it was a satisfactory stay.

Excellent stay, better than our expectation. The front staff is very friendly. We can check -in early before 11am. Special thanks to manager Xinyi who allowed us to check out late by one hour, shared her local favourite food. Plus We were upgraded premium room with 2.5 m bed, comfy and spacious. Would go back again if visit Taiyuan again.
