One day, I washed clothes and left them hanging in the bathroom to drip dry. Later in our stay, we were driving a local friend's car and returned very late one night. The parking attendant, even past 1 AM, patiently helped open the garage door without any sign of impatience. "We stayed at the hotel for one night, while going from Pingyao to Zhangjiajie. We arrived at the train station in the evening, and had to take the train the following morning. The hotel offers pickup and drop-off which was very convenient and comfortable. The room was clean and tidy, with snacks, tea and all the furnitures we could need. The staff was SO helpful: they ordered some food for us (everything on the app was in mandarin and we couldn't understand how to do it ourselves), recommended some local favorites, and delivered it to our room. They also helped us do laundry even though it was late in the evening, so we had clean clothes to continue our trip. All in all, our stay was excellent, and I couldn't recommend the hotel more."

"1. TaiYuan MRT Line 2 exit side by side with hotel main door. so very easy to take this MRT from South to Central or North. 2. Hotel all staffs from check in counter, restaurant staffs all can remember what's we drink coffee on day before, we are so surprised and always show all smiles . 3. Breakfast are many items to select and very good. we are so enjoying this hotel. 4. We would like to back this hotel when we travel to TaiYuan on next time. Great!"

"The room is big.The location is okay.The hotel staff are okay.The full-board meals are just left over food from breakfast.It's only one dish and rice.The food for lunch and dinner is leftover food which not eaten.It's so cold and tasteless.No hot tea or drinks are given.The cooks are not friendly.There is only one elevator which is not convenient when you are in a rush. 房间很大。地点没问题。酒店的员工都很好。全餐是早餐剩下的食物。只有一道菜和米饭。午餐和晚餐的食物是没有吃完的剩饭。又冷又无味。不提供热茶或饮料。厨师们不友好 只有一部电梯，当你赶时间的时候不方便"

"I was very satisfied with this hotel. They offer shuttle service, and it's very close to both the airport and the South Station. The business vans are brand new and the drivers are excellent. The hotel facilities are great and the service is attentive. It's really convenient for early flights as they provide airport drop-off service. There are plenty of restaurants and supermarkets nearby. They even have robot delivery for meals, and the elevators make getting around easy. The quality is superb, facilities are complete, and the bedding is new and very comfortable. I will definitely book this hotel again the next time I visit Taiyuan."
