GGuest UserIn the past when I go to Taiyuan I always stayed at Pullmans next to FuLi Xinhualing area. I decided to give this hotel a try due to its location and convenience. Location is very convenient, calling a cab is easy, Starbucks next door, shopping centers all round with food courts, Walmart is 10 minutes walk away. Hotel got a pool and gym, I used it and it is not bad at all. They kept the pool and the gym pretty clean. The rooms are also kept clean. Be mindful that the rooms are not design for privacy. If you are staying with another person in the room the bathroom + shower has clear glasses, they have a see through shades covering the glasses but you can still see everything inside. The rooms seems to be smoke free but the hall ways are always filled with smoke smell. They really do not enforce no indoor smoking rule here. It is a hit and miss on the non-smoking room. I see some guest smoking in their rooms with door open. At last the service. The front desk staff seems very cordial and nice. However on the day we are checking out they informed us that one of the towels we used has dye on it which they can not wash out, that came out to a whopping 100 yuan to replace the towel. Really? 100 yuan, I can get a dozen white towels in Walmart. Also, the claim they couldn't clean it was shown to me on a front desk staff's personal phone. Have you ever heard of bleach before? Seriously, you can not get a white towel cleaned? Is this hotel in the hospitality business or linen retail business? Since I was in a hurry to catch a train I didn't want to argue over something as petty as 100 yuan. I paid the fees and left. Next time I am in Taiyuan again I probably will go back to Pullman hotel. Smoke smell is not a problem and they never give me a hard time on something as petty as a towel.

TTracie WestMy stay at Wutong Apartments was wonderful! The room was clean, spacious, modern, and aesthetically pleasing. There is bathtub is luxurious and spacious, the shower has great pressure and the the separate toilet room has a motion censored toilet seat and a bidet. The bed was comfy and the closet space begs you to unpack your suitcase. There were thoughtful amenities, including a loofah cloth and shoe shine cloths. Now...the breakfast. It was the best breakfast buffet I've ever had the pleasure of experiencing. Tinder and well seasoned steak, salmon, soups, desserts, breads, scrumptious pancakes and a salad bar that even included kale amongst the varied greens. Best of all, the service was exceptional. A special thank you to Li Ne, the dining staff and the housekeeper who attended to my room. I wish that every hotel stay I experience in the future is as amazing as my time at Wutong Apartment Hotel.

GGuest UserMy stay here was truly fantastic! The hotel's service was incredibly warm and attentive, making me feel thoroughly looked after right from the moment I checked in. The front desk staff even proactively offered a complimentary room upgrade. The new room was spacious, bright, and well-appointed, with incredibly comfortable bedding that made it easy to relax instantly. Throughout my stay, every member of staff, from housekeeping to the restaurant team, consistently displayed genuine smiles and a thoughtful, caring attitude, which made me feel incredibly welcome and valued. The hotel's location is also very convenient, being just a few minutes' walk from Taiyuan South Railway Station. This stay completely exceeded my expectations, with the hotel's thoughtfulness and attention to detail evident in every aspect. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to friends, and I'll definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Shanxi!

CChifanbuchicai-As soon as I entered the hotel, the front desk greeted me warmly. The staff was very nice. Since the hotel room was not cleaned, they helped me upgrade to a king-size bed room for free. They also gave me souvenirs, which were very convenient to take with me.
The hotel room is also very large. The shampoo and shower gel are all travel-sized. If you can't use them up, you can take them away! The room is spacious and the hygiene is in place. Every little corner is taken care of and it is cleaned very cleanly. There is also free afternoon tea in the afternoon, and the ice cream is also delicious~ The location is also very good, just near the train station, about 15 minutes walk away, the room price is more than 200, the cost performance is super high! I will come again next time~

GGuest UserThe location is excellent, right next to the subway, making it incredibly convenient to get around. It was also nice to be able to take an evening stroll around Yingze Park.
However, the hotel itself was quite mediocre. The rooms felt stuffy and lacked proper ventilation, and the overpowering artificial scent in the lobby was very off-putting.
During my two-day stay, the used towels weren't replaced after the first night. The complimentary water was also just haphazardly placed on the table. Compared to other hotels in the same price range, the service felt quite inconsistent and unprofessional.
I do appreciate that they proactively contacted me about an item I left behind and assisted with shipping it back.

Dd 123Although it is an old hotel, the service attitude is still very comfortable. Ms. Cairong at the front desk helped me deliver my luggage to the room.
The dining environment is very clean and hygienic, and the dishes are plentiful... The waiter Guo Defeng has been warmly asking what to drink, and he also helped to bring fruits. The chef Han Maorong is also a super funny girl, telling me that there are freshly cooked noodles, wontons, fried eggs, etc. , The variety is quite complete~ The hotel as a whole makes me feel very comfortable and awesome!

GGuest UserThe hotel is 5 minutes walk from the Kaihuasi metro station, there are restaurants, cafes, convenient stores around the hotel, it is 5 minutes walk from the happening area with restaurants and shops. Initially i was assigned a room on 3rd floor with centralized air conditioning which resulted in my room being filled with heavy cigarette smoke. When i feedback to the staff at the check in counter, i was re-assigned a room on ground floor with individual air conditioning, this works fine for me. The corridor was still filled with cigarette smoke when i exit my room though. The hotel staff are helpful, guiding me to use the bus app and gave me a tube of hand lotion when one of them saw my hand with frostbite. I have always had good experience with home inn hotels, the facilities are good and staff are helpful.

Bo Ran's service was a win. The front desk and guest rooms were incredibly warm!
A special shoutout to the front desk lady who was on duty around 9 PM on October 3rd. She was so sweet ❤️ and promptly resolved my issue. 🫰🏻 Love you!
The breakfast was also very varied. I highly recommend their knife-cut noodles; they were fantastic! 👍🏻
The fried dough sticks paired with the knife-cut noodles were still lingering on my palate when I got home! 🤓
Overall, the warm and attentive service made our stay a comfortable one for the three of us!
If I had to point out a downside, it's the busy location, which can be a bit lively at night. 😂😂

GGuest UserThe room was great! Warm service! The surrounding environment is quiet, and shopping and dining are easy to find downstairs! The room decoration is also very reasonable, the furniture is relatively new, and the bathroom is very clean.
