First of all, let me set the tone. Next time I come here on a business trip, I will stay here again!
First of all, the room is very large and comfortable, and the intelligent operation and Xiaodu are really convenient.
Secondly, there is one thing I really like, the hand soap and body wash are scented with white tea, which is super classy. It's not that cheesy lemon-like smell of hand soap.
Finally, the breakfast was great! Great job!
The front desk also provides 45° bottled warm water, which is quite satisfactory~

開車過來一眼就能看到酒店的門牌，酒店環境不錯，從外面看就很新。前台小陸笑的很甜，服務也到位，買了點水果怕壞，小陸還幫我們放到餐廳冰箱，很貼心。房間設施也很先進，空調製冷效果很好剛打開就有涼氣進來，床躺着很軟很舒服。早上吃早飯什麼種類都有，看着就很有食慾，很不錯的一次入住體驗。

酒店環境好，地理位置優越，隔壁就有超市跟KFC，吃飯購買很方便，交通也很方便，距離市中心很近，客房打掃及時，房間設施都挺好，非常乾淨整潔，床墊非常柔軟舒適，熱水也來得很快，東西都比較齊全，下次來還會選擇。

選擇這家酒店時是看酒店主圖還不錯，性價比較高才下單的。萬萬沒想到爆雷了。
1.首住房間是衹有封閉窗户的，且房間一股甲醛味，跟前台詢問換房，前台反饋免費換房衹有15平米的大床房，不行就要升房間，一晚65元，五一期間可以理解，但是我訂的兩晚前台看着訂單還需要我提醒後才能分兩次下單完成升房，首先是不專業，其次是浪費客户時間。
2.拿到房卡時我都笑了，這得多不敬業，才能把房號寫出250，我想投訴都不過分吧，這算辱罵客户還是怎麼説。房間號8250是不能好好寫嗎？為什麼作為客户都能想到的事情，作為服務行業前台卻思考不到。前台是否都經過培訓了？
還有些小問題就不一一贅述了，就客户感受度來説這些都是問題，有很大很大的提升空間。
優點的話就是姜城酒店管理公司開的早茶店好吃。出塵房間以及電梯門口都配有礦泉水。柃檬水也很好喝，這些服務就很人性化。
但優點覆蓋不了缺點，這次住房體驗讓我感受很不好，人的管理和篩選以及培訓真的有待提升啊！！！

酒店位置很好找，門口就有停車場，隔壁還有家超市跟肯德基，很方便。房間很大，有落地窗外面是陽台，不過窗户是密封的不能打開，但是不影響，床很大，一個人睡綽綽有餘，而且床墊挺舒服的，就是隔音不太好，也可能是因為房間靠電梯，外面有人説話什麼的聽得很清楚，早上會有點吵，但是總得來説都蠻好的。
