一般般，我一直很相信格林豪泰這個酒店這個品牌。這家格林豪泰酒店實在是不敢恭維。很失望！這次入住體驗完全顛覆了我對連鎖酒店的期待！本以為連鎖品牌意味着統一標準和品質保障，結果從踏入酒店的那一刻就開始踩雷。體驗感甚至不如很多用心經營的個體小店！避雷！以後再也不會選擇這家連鎖酒店了！

畢竟也是個連鎖品牌的酒店，竟然兩個房間設計頭對頭，並沒有大聲講話，然後隔壁的一個旅客敲床頭的木板，素質低下的一直在捶，打電話和酒店前台反應，酒店前台並沒有給出解決方案，然後讓我們早點睡覺，我的天我在我自己房間，我花錢了，我躺床上小聲講講話難道還不行嘛，酒店隔音真的要多垃圾有多垃圾，隔壁這個旅客最後大聲敲我房間門，我們倆吵了起來，（甚至差點動手）導致這個原因的其實就是酒店的不作為，明明已經反映了情況，要麼就給他換房間，要麼就給我換房間，而不是裝死來激化矛盾，畢竟住在隔壁的這個旅客看起來就是那種社會素質低下的人員，口出狂言，臟話連篇，我住酒店次數也挺多，這次真的踩了坑了，希望各旅客看清楚再選擇這家.

老街過去需要打車，導航的地址有一點偏差，環境一般，三樓是酒店，略老舊，不過100+的價格住連鎖也不高要求了，從這裏去會賓樓吃早茶走過去需要二十分鐘吧（慢慢邊走邊看）~

前台客服，工作人員特別盡職。比同類酒店的服務人員對待客人的服務，要很嚴謹。而且很專業。針對於服務行業的酒店來説，我的要就不高，環境好，服務態度專業，酒店設施衞生足夠了。這幾項該酒店都達到了。續住了一天，我提出空調製熱不好，前台主動給我換了房間，而且是升級了。
