Stayed in so many hotels, this time the service attitude is the worst, I rarely give bad reviews. Ask a question and ignore it. It looks arrogant. It takes three to four toiletries (it takes two to give it, or it is not for the children, we will leave the store directly and check out). The attitude of the hotel front desk directly affects the mood of the passengers. To be honest, the service industry, attitude is the first, I don't know how the hotel recruits, did not have training before joining the job? Don't ask for a nod, the most basic smile politeness? In addition, the room is not soundproof, we can clearly hear the voice of the next room.

AAnonymous UserThe hotel room itself was clean and neat and comfortable, and the staff member at the front desk was friendly and helpful. We booked the hotel because it was close to Lizhong water Forrest park and Qiandou scenic area, and the trip.com website says it accepts foreigners/all passports.
However the checkin experience was bad if you are a foreigner/non-chinese speaking - it took us almost 1.5 hours and was quite stressful (including phoning a friend for some help). Even though the website says this hotel accepts all passports, after we arrived we were told in order to stay there we had to go to the local police station and register and get a piece of paper to bring back. We had no car and the location was not easy to get a didi at night, so the hotel helped and organised their driver to take us to the police station which cost another 80 RMB. Once at the police station the driver chatted to three different police. The police didn’t take our details or check our documents, and after 10-15 minutes standing around they sent us back to the hotel without any registration paper but we could suddenly check in.
If you are Chinese then the hotel experience will be good, if you are a foreigner another hotel in Xinghua might be easier.

GGuest UserWhen checking in, the service attitude at the front desk was very good. The windows of the selected room were very air-conditioned and the sunshine was particularly good. The hotel's breakfast is also very good, including staple foods, whole grains, fried noodles, dumplings, stir-fry vegetables, fruits, and yogurt. There are about 10 varieties in total, which is very cost-effective. The hotel has a large parking lot, which is free and very convenient. There are supermarkets, movie theaters, and shopping malls nearby, which is very convenient. In the evening, you can go shopping in the Daohe Ancient Street next to it. The scenery is very good. You can also take a boat ride nearby, which is also very pleasant. All in all, I had a very nice stay and will come back again next time I am on a business trip.
