As a result, the room I changed was still different. They had opened the sofa and made the bed, and set up a small tent. The floor bed in the picture is connected to a small tent. There is a tatami-like cushion under the tent for children to play on. It is soft and warm. Actually, there isn't. There is no way and we cannot change hotels at the last minute. But later I found that the family room was exactly the same as the business room, except that there was no tent! If the tent is like this, I won’t book a family room! Poor service: Check-in at the front desk was chaotic and took a long time! It took more than 15 minutes to collect the ID card! The order included afternoon tea, midnight snacks, and a 24-hour butler. They should have been informed during normal check-in, but the front desk didn't even mention it. (ps I thought afternoon tea was served in the room like in other hotels so I didn’t ask)
