WINTOURY HOTEL

Upon arriving in Taizhou that day, we chose this hotel after careful consideration. Even though it was an hour's drive from our dining location, we chose it anyway. We chose a hotel that was comfortable and comfortable, even if it wasn't far away. The hotel environment was excellent, but unfortunately, there was a used toothbrush above the mirror in the sink upon entering. As a consumer, I didn't submit evidence to the health authorities for inspection, but that doesn't mean I don't have a legitimate interest in it. There were also toothpaste stains on the bathroom shower floor from the previous guest, and the hotel acknowledged these issues. The scene of the incident and the hotel staff confirmed it that night, but no one offered an apology. It's also possible that the staff knocked on my child's door while I was showering, but I didn't meet with them. They asked them to place the hotel's complimentary small fan at the door. I personally think the staff could have just called to discuss this, but they didn't. The front desk didn't offer a formal apology until I brought it up again at checkout. That night, they didn't offer any apology, or offer to change my room, or immediately disinfect the room. For a hotel this good, the staff truly didn't match their service. I've reported this to the local regulatory authorities, and they won't overstep their bounds. They simply request that the issue be handled in accordance with national laws and regulations, including the Consumer Association Act. I also hope your hotel will strengthen its management. This is my honest account of my stay! There were bugs in my second room when I checked in. The hotel explained it was due to the proximity to the mountains, and they even suggested the bugs I was referring to were mosquitoes. OK, I'll concede for now, but the issue with toothbrushes is absolutely unacceptable!

I was surprised to live in the recent high cost-effective vacation business Wabi-sabi style hotel, and it is in the center of Taizhou. The service attitude here is very OK, and I feel at home. Every front desk lady is very enthusiastic (the tall girl Xiao Jin who received me was very gentle and did not mean to praise her specifically), but it is really in place. There will also recommend nearby food snacks and interesting bars. Hotels with a price of just over 400 can be found there. Hahaha, come to Taizhou to play. The design concept of the hotel is detailed. There is an emergency call bell in the bathroom. The details of the hanger are shown in the picture. The quality of the yukata is soft, the smart toilet button is reasonably designed, the supplies are good, and the room design is simple but reasonable. In short, it is highly recommended to stay here in Taizhou. By the way, the breakfast variety in Taizhou is very unique.

I was very satisfied with this stay. The hotel is simple, elegant and generous, which is my favorite style.
